Only a few project that can have a higher price after listed in some exchange, Most of project (scam or not) will have lower price after enter the exchange, so I think it's better to buy after the ICO. You can buy cheaper but can get more

yah i agree with you. A lot of people are just doing the bounty instead of buying the ICO. And some investors prefers to wait til the coin/token hit the exchanges before buying because a lot of times when a coin got listed a lot of bounty hunters are selling that will cause for the price of the coin to go down. This thing really matters.
I think the investment in the selected project at the ICO stage is best. If the company is successful, you can get a good profit in the short term.
I am will purchase at exchanges,dont need to chance my ID particularly my international ID to these uknown individuals since it could be sold to the deepweb and you will simply be suprised when somebody has utilized your character to something illegal,so it is smarter to sit tight for these tokens to be recorded in the trades sit tight for the seekers to dump it and get it underneath the ICO cost.

In my opinion it all depends on each of us, depending on how much confidence we have to contribute to the ICO, no one wants to be affected by scam ICO even though the purchase when the ICO presale is cheaper and has many bonuses.

I think it is a coin of two sides: At times buying during ICO is highly profitable than buying in market, especially if the project is a reliable one. The problem now arise if we invest in ICOs of projects that are just scam.
In the other hand, buying in market is very good, because you would have studied the trend of progress of the project you want to invest in. It afford someone the opportunity of see before you buy, the coin is already on exchange, so we have a wide range of options to choose.

I think is better to buy during the ico because it's safe and you won't get scam on the other hand its good to buy in the market because the price of most of coins dropped below ico price

Buy when ICO is a good thing because certainly cheap enough even coupled with getting a large enough bonus especially when the beginning time of the ICO. It's just riskier was when entered at the market price usually is far from the price of the ICO. Of course, this will make must hold in order to get the appropriate expectations.

Thats the reason why investor profit will be dead because of bounty hunters dumping their tokens. Thats why its better to invest to a good token which is already in the market than ICO tokens because its too risky, some ICO are scams nowadays.
I think it depends entirely on the project . An ICO that has really good fundamental capabilities will have a better chance of success.
