I am a 20-year-old student. Not long ago, I heard a famous cryptocurrency expert in Korea on YouTube.

He said, "Bitcoin investment seems to be late, to be honest. I'm sad, too. I think 2018 was the last chance for ordinary people."

This makes me feel depressed. That expert started investing in bitcoin in 2013, and he encouraged his acquaintances to invest in bitcoin, but at that time he said everyone thought he was crazy.

Honestly, as an ordinary college student, the price of bitcoin now feels too much to buy.. If it's the price of the early 2010s, I might have bought it through a part-time job..

I'm so pathetic and depressed because I didn't know Bitcoin quickly. What should I do? Cry

Profit for Bitcoin investment is never been too late, but if you think that you can earn 1000x profit on Bitcoin then I believe that time has been long gone.  Bitcoin industry is still young and the Bitcoin mining reward have more than a century before it become depleted, and during those time, Bitcoin will continue to be adopted thus the increase of price is inevitable.

Bitcoin had never been too expensive because anyone can buy it at a small fraction.  If you are willing to invest @OP you can always buy in small amount.  Besides, you shouldn't feel pathetic or depressed because you think that you are already late in Bitcoin investment which is not true.

That's the beauty of Bitcoin compared to other long-term investments that have a fixed investment amount. In Bitcoin, any amount you can afford can actually be in your wallet account. And there is also nothing here that some people say that it is too late to invest in Bitcoin; there is no such thing in this industry, which is the same as others, that after a few years of existence and then you invest, suddenly there will be problems, there will be no loss, and you will lose. With Bitcoin, it is not like that.

So if you think that it can give you a good profit that you have never experienced before, start saving it now and holding it long-term because this opportunity is a good time because of the upcoming bull run next year.

Don't discourage yourself with the statement of the anti bitcoin influencer. If really he made that statement then he lack the understanding of bitcoin. Bitcoin has no scope and no particular time of investment. You can invest in bitcoin whenever you have the money. Many of those guys are trying to promote another project so they want to tannish the name of bitcoin so people will use there coins but have forgotten that bitcoin is the king of all Coins.

Op you are just mentioning very far date, 2016 and 2013 were too far. 2022 was one of the best time to invest in bitcoin. Because at that time bitcoin was $15k to $16k . And if you bought it at that time by now you would have been a big boy. Bitcoin has no time to invest. You can invest it at all time.

It's never too late to buy this asset, indeed right now the price of bitcoin feels expensive, not just you, other people too. If I see your writing above, you want to gain profits from crypto currency quickly, remember in the world of investment, don't think about getting rich quickly here, remember that later you will fall into it. If you invest in the long term it is much better for the future of your family or children.

I also think that when it comes to analyzing things when they are investments , we have to think about the best for our future and investing in Bitcoin because that is the only thing that can be done better, there are many good investments but the most current one that gives expected results is bitcoin, I don't know a more reliable action than that, what happens is that people are used to thinking that bitcoin is not reliable because it does not have a good Backup , but it is all because of the buyers, the sellers , and it is better because there is no control by banks, which are the ones that like to control Everything.

Its not early or late to invest in bitcoin. You are just in the perfect time to invest. It does not matter whether you enter the market with a low or higher price but what matters is that you are investing an amount that you can afford to lose and you decide to risk it on bitcoin over altcoins. The fact that you are here for a long term investment, then the bigger chances that you will maximize your profits once you decide to sell.

However, my concern is that how would you invest if you are still a student? Does it mean that you have to take risk investing your life savings? I suggest that you decide to invest when you already have a decent job so that if you lose, it will never cause you too much depression because you can still earn that amount from your job. But always remember to only invest small amount at first and once you are in profits, that's the time you decide to increase the size of your investment based on what you can afford to risk.

You aren't the one mate on having those kind of regret that they had just missed out Bitcoin into those early days or years on which they could accumulate coins for something cheaper but well whats done is done
and there's no way on turning back the time. In speaking about investing with Bitcoin, then its never been that too late. Why? you wont really be necessarily be buying a whole coin which you could really be
doing or done it via few satoshis on which you could really be still able to save up for long term. If you are really that longing for those long year holds then it wont really be that a bad idea considering on the
potential of Bitcoin then you could really say that it would be worth it.

If you are someone who does really like to see short term profits then holding isnt for you but rather you would really be needing to learn another skill which is trading. On this say, you could still earn money
via playing with those movement of profits or simply with the volatility but we do all know that it isnt something that could really be achieved or gain by someone
in a short period of time.So its a matter of choice on what path you would really be that taking.

Op, is never too late to invest in Bitcoin, no amount is too small, the time you pick interest to invest is your starting point but make sure that you are ready to embrace this digital opportunity, the crypto experts preach the investment and it's benefit to many people but the interested and ready ones grabbed the opportunity, op, an ordinary individual can still invest in bitcoin, you must not buy in large amount, that's you will always hear that one should invest what he can afford to let go if their is bad occurrence, don't be depressed because you have bitcoin to yourself, just work on your goals and make it a reality. Stop limiting yourself with such mindset.

It's not uncommon to see someone say it's too late, too late, too late to invest in bitcoin.

Then what price do you want to start investing in bitcoin? Is it at $20K, if YES then just wait for the drop, but we don't believe bitcoin will drop again.

You as a student / student do you have additional income, if you only rely on what you have then it will feel heavy investing in bitcoin, because the money is limited maybe your parents still help pay for your school so far.

My advice if you have more savings or other additional income, just invest in bitcoin by means of DCA it will not make it heavy in bitcoin investment.

The funny part is when these people labels themselves as "crypto expert" what contribution they made to the economy of Bitcoin? By being an influencer, LOL at them.
To you 20-year old student, it's not too late and you'll hear yourself as well in the past years saying the same things. That's why if you're thinking of going back in the past, the same words you'll hear from various people that didn't even have the guts to buy $10 worth of Bitcoin.
It's not too late.

First of all, there is no reason for you to immediately believe what others say as a matter of fact. Because if you study Bitcoin properly, you will know that what they are saying is wrong. The more you know or delve deeper into Bitcoin, the more you recognize it as a good thing.

That's what happened to me; the more I get to know the beauty of Bitcoin, the more I stick to the belief that Bitcoin or cryptocurrency can help a lot in my life. If you think it's too late to do it now, you're wrong because you'll start to recognize it and know it, and your life and perspective on it will begin to change little by little towards the beautiful life that awaits you.

OP, you don't need to have $10k, $20k, or $35k before you can invest in Bitcoin; in fact, Bitcoin is an investment in which you can invest as little as $1 or $5, but some exchanges have a particular buy amount, which could be a minimum of $5-$10 per purchase. Depending on where you are buying Bitcoin from, you can invest a small amount of money into it, or you can keep investing a small amount of Bitcoin regularly (depending on how regular), and before you know it, you have accumulated a good fraction of Bitcoin that will definitely earn you some profit. Bitcoin is $34k+ today, but the majority of people are still buying. Not only rich people, but even some students are investing a little bit into Bitcoin any time they have some Fiat in their pocket, which they don't want to spend on anything that is not of so much value to them.

To be honest, there's no late investing in bitcoin. Even if you buy it at its current price, there's no wrong with that as long as you aim to hold it for long term and you only invest an amount that you can afford to lose. The challenge in bitcoin is not actually to make a good market entry, but to have a satisfying market exit. That is selling your bitcoin at a very significant amount and make you highly profitable after that. So do not be discouraged if you have not known bitcoin early, it's better late than never.

However, knowing the fact that you are still a student and has no sustainable source of income, then I suggest to focus on your studies first and forget about bitcoin. Once you're done and have already acquire a stable job, then come back to learning about bitcoin and decide to invest at your own risk. That is investing on an amount that you are comfortable to lose.

It is not too late to invest in bitcoin. Even in this year 2023, we are still in the early adopters stage, and anyone who has the money to invest can easily invest, being very careful and watchful of the bitcoin situation, in order not to loose your investment. However, if you don't have the money now, you can wait for a later date when you have and still follow up with the rewards and advantages, as the case may be.

You're not late. If you wish to invest in Bitcoin, you can do that when BTC hype has reduced a little. Don't let anyone deceive you. BTC for me is still early in the economy sector and if you wish to own some units you could still make it in the long run. All you need do is either use Dual Investment to catch up with all lows or use DCA

I would simply say don’t wait for the dip or any correction you might be wasting time. The early opportunity of getting bitcoin when it was less than $5000 has gone by and we are face with the possibility that a price less than $20000 isn’t coming any soon, also the possibility of it also dumping a little bit is not visible, it is just speculation so my advice is once you have Money don’t wait for the dip just go straight to invest using DCA method.

The price at $34000 still seems small tip me considering the fact that we still have more than 100 years left to even mine it all. With every halving looking to make the current ATH go up to like 2x or more, in the next 10 years one might have good 10x increase with alt least 2 halving periods in those years. So this current price still is ok to start buying and not waiting for the dump.

It is quite often to face in the general. Moreover, we have known that only few people who are in Bitcoin and love what they do.
Basically, it can't be said that it's too late to invest. Everyone has their own golden days when they see the morning and investment opportunities. However, what you have to pay attention to is when you want to start investing, at whatever rate. Make sure that you really want to invest it without hearing the results. Not only that, having sufficient funds will be much better. So we won't be depressed much when undesirable things happen to the market. Investing in Bitcoin for a long period of time is sufficient. So that we get profits that suit our wishes.

You can learn some certain things about Bitcoin on YouTube, but I will say you should not fully rely on what they always say, especially when it comes to advice on the crypto market. Many of them are just saying what they feel like saying because they don't know much about it. It is funny for me to see a person calling itself an expert in terms of cryptocurrency and saying is too late to invest in Bitcoin. I don't believe it is always going to be late to invest in Bitcoin, but the only thing that may happen is that someone may not be able to make huge profit, like investors who easily accumulate Bitcoin with a small amount of money at early stages.

This makes me feel depressed. That expert started investing in bitcoin in 2013, and he encouraged his acquaintances to invest in bitcoin, but at that time he said everyone thought he was crazy.

I don't think it is possible for all people to accept Bitcoin at the same time; people need to do their own research before they need to invest in any investment. Some people have been aware of Bitcoin since the early stages, but maybe they were well convinced enough to invest at that time but later invested in it, and they also made profits from their Bitcoin investment. I don't blame people much for not investing in bitcoin at early stages because we have different ways of viewing things. So don't be depressed. Bitcoin still has a very long way to go, so don't let anyone discourage you. But if you want to make a good profit from your bitcoin investment, you should be ready to hold it for a long period of time, and with that, you will surely make a good profit.

It's not necessary to own some numbers of bitcoin in order to profit from an investment; you can purchase any amount you can afford to lose, and as long as the price of bitcoin rises, so will your money. I think there have been complaints in the past from some individuals saying they can't afford Bitcoin because of its high price, but when the price increases a few years later, they also start blaming themselves for not purchasing it at that time. much though you may think the price of Bitcoin is excessive right now, you should assume that it will rise much further in the coming years.

If you came here to ask about whether to invest in bitcoin or not and whether it is too late to invest in bitcoin. I can say that everything is still too early and you can start now, don't listen to what anyone says.

You're only 20 years old and you come here to complain and be depressed...I don't think anyone wants to hear that. Because I bet you, even if you knew about bitcoin in 2010, you would not have dared to invest in bitcoin, you are regretting bitcoin because now you know about its value. If you don't get up and learn about bitcoin now, I'm sure 10 years from now you'll regret it even more.

This question has often been asked even in the last few months there are always questions like this but the answer in the end remains the same there is no delay if you want to adopt bitcoin as an investment tool used.
Regardless of it is age, gender etc. if you really want to invest in bitcoin then there is no delay and obstacles as long as you are sure what you are doing is right then do it.
Benchmarks like 2018 or in 2023 when bitcoin was at $15k before are just a classic excuse by saying it's too late now because the price is already high.
What I want to suggest in this case is not to look too much at what other people say especially if it is an influencer. You have your own brain and nowadays getting information is very easy so why rely on others to convince yourself because you can easily convince yourself with the many sources available today so that you can determine whether it is too late or not to invest in bitcoin.
