I dont think that media is biased to spread bad news about bitcoin , its pribably your own impression. If you think that they arenonly spreading false news about bitcoin then no, in fact theg can help bitcoin by giving some positive saying about bitcoin.

it is not a coincedence that there is suddenly a stream of "bitcoin will cost 1000000$ by the end of 20xx"
or "some guy says bitcoin is the next gold,platinum or sliced bread" when the market has to go up
or there will be articles about blackmailers using bitcoin only or similar when the price has to go down
it is not the news first-market movement second,it is vice versa always
don't trust what is written in the media, read and analyze yourself and take everything with a pinch of salt

I am sure Bitcoin and cryptocurancy will not be as popular as they are today without the interference of the news media, the whole world knows Bitcoin through news makes it popular and attractive to many big investors, but for now I see news always spreading negative things about Bitcoin and crypto, maybe because when this is a lot of cheating people in crypto, who do everything they can to make money, so don't blame them if they always spread bad things about crypto. I think not, Media only works to give us information, whether it is good or bad, their job are giving information about it. Its only about our perspective and how we respond to that news. But since after big fall and all news about ETF, we get all about the crypto news into negative perspective.

Ever heard the phrase 'good news for people who like bad news'? Most mainstream media outlets have some sort of political agenda and that is usually set by whoever owns the big conglomerates behind them, and they are at the will of either their own business interests of those that finance them. It's a whole corrupt system where those who have the money can influence the mainstream, but I'm not sure someone is actively trying to smear bitcoin at this point. They just tend to latch onto the bad news because it's a better story. There's also more bad than good news at the moment so that doesn't help either. Don't forget the media does promote us when bitcoin is rallying and the rally last year was probably mostly pushed by the FOMO of others getting on board after they kept seeing in the media that bitcoin was on the up and up so they're obviously not completely biased. Maybe just ignorant, naive, and skeptical of bitcoin more than anything.
Cryptocurrency is a completely new field of knowledge, in which there are not so many specialists, and especially skeptical media use it and present their negative opinion for the truth. Do not believe everything they say in the Newspapers and on TV, be able to draw their conclusions and form an opinion.
Do not forget that many Newspapers and television channels are supervised by the government and large businessmen who can give us the news that they benefit. So do not take all the news seriously, study a variety of sources of knowledge, especially the Internet.
People react more actively to bad news, it has always been the case not only in the bitcoin sphere. Therefore, do not take all the news seriously, besides, not all of them are really true. Many bad news are very much aggravated and do not have that serious value which is presented to us.

Most media nowadays are saying bad about bitcoin just to intimidate people, because they want to but bitcoin on lower price; just to imiditate the older user of bitcoin or what we call investors to sell their bitcoins, they're trying to intimidate the older user by using news or media because media is the number one source of news all over the world, by this time bitcoin is very popular nowadays because it's really worth investing in, so then news also want's to try bitcoin, but my suggestion is just keep holding your bitcoins because you will never know when will the price of bitcoin will comeback but it will comeback.
today's media show hatred for the crypto world, they make fake news to make crypto market destroyed, they make fake news to create market panic, and they make fake news to make bitcoin difficult to wake up.
Media knows very well that bad news are very much effective than good news only because of this they published only bad news .

I don't know, but the media makes money in this way. break news that is not right to corner the profile.but I think at the moment, everyone is aware of that. and I think that does not affect the bitcoin market at all, bitcoin still has great confidence and is getting bigger.

With too many fails news in market in past few months, i am believe media is too biased. Media having their own interest on cryptomarket and i am believe many media dont understand much about cryptomarket or technology behind crypto.

This happens because bitcoin and cryptocurrencies are generally affecting the interests of the traditional economy, banks are losing customers, companies that send money, who sell foreign currency, and so on. It is normal to carry out these smear campaigns.

In my perspective, I think media is biased on showing the bad news only of cryptocurrency like bitcoin. Most of the news about it is a bad sides of using it such as it is said that illegal, money laundering. and scam only. Media is handed by someone who is powerful so the news regarding to this will be manipulated and control by the owner. Maybe they don't want to spread yhe good effects of bitcoin because they are not in favor to it.
I think this all the negative hype in the media about the fact that the cryptocurrency is poorly heated by state forces.
Some of these media outlets are just a part of the usual agenda to make it inhibit the growth of bitcoin. In the worst case that price values tend to move down the trend creating fud so that people will sell their bitcoin at a lower price.
