I have not experienced this long but I am currently involved in a bounty campaign that will last four months and payment is a month after according to the details they provided.  If not for the fact that I like the project after checking their website and studying some details on their white paper a five month duration to receive my rewards seems too long. The upside of it is just that the project tokens appeal to me and I would like to hold it long term.

Most often, coins are paid 2-8 weeks after the end of the ICO.  Therefore, it is very long to wait for coin payments of 6 months.

For me atleast 6months would be the best time before we dump these coins,as these developers needs a lot of time to develop the coin or the product, less than 6months will be less profitable as these tokens can fluctuate big when you are holding very well.I dont want to dump those token rewards at loss because your efforts will only be wasted.

it depends to the project if the project says so then they distribute the coin for that long, but if they  didnt distributed maybe the project got some problem

Most of us join bounty campaigns because it is one of the means for us to get coins. I just want to verify how many of us have experienced waiting for a long period of time to get our coins. Don't get me wrong, i do trust the managers and what they say. And, most of them give valid  reasons why it'll take that long for them to distribute the rewards. In average, how long do you receive your coins after a bounty campaign?
I think there's nothing wrong with it as long as updates are being reported to the investors and bounty participants. In the first place, bounties and projects has difference when it comes on the tokensale period particularly with how long will it be. The listing on exchanger is what makes it long. Some campaigns are waiting the token to be listed first before distributing it and some are not. The bottomline is that, it depends to them on when will they distribute the token.

Bounty rewards are payment paid the bounty hunters from work doing. I don't see any reason why it should be delayed for 6 months. It should be paid within maximum of 3 weeks after the end of ico.

The longest period I've been waiting for is 3 months, the distribution has been 3 times

I think this depends on how long will run the bounty campaign. But most of them run 1-2 months and after they will distribute rewards. Usually is specified when bounty will be distributed. If they say will give bounty rewards sonner , and passed 6 months , and they say will give after 3 months, is a scam (99%) in my opinion.

I think that you no longer need to wait for a reward. Most likely you were deceived. I'm sorry, but this happens sometimes. You must look for another project.
Don’t be that confident. I know the project that will be working on the exchange listing in the next year, however the project is trustworthy

The developers are the people who are creating the timelines and the platform of the project, if the salary is worth waiting or it was a very high amount of value then it was fine but if it just a small amount then you can always complain for a very slow progress on the manager.

I havent waited for such a long period to get coins. Mostly, I wait for 1-1.5 months to get the reward. Maybe this project you had participated in is already dead or it was a scam.

every bountymanager is differrent and also every ico-team has their different ways to end the bounty , sometimes you get your coins right after ico but there where times that i waited 6 months or more

Yup, I agree with you, every project has different progress and different problems from one another this is why some pay faster while others pay a bit late and some pay way long. But nevertheless, if you really did your own research and are pretty sure that you have done it right and joined in a legitimate or credible project that hosted the bounty you're in, then you shouldn't be worried. Not unless they do not update anymore.

Usually, in conditions, it is prescribed through how much after the end of the bounty there will be payments. As a rule not later than in 30 days, but there are also exceptions.

Yes, some what it is quite odd but waiting for a project to pay you if it is really paying you should be fine. There are projects which pay normally within a range of 3 to 4 months and some projects may take 6 months in rare cases. There might be some internal audits or market cap not acquired or weak market are the reason for the delay.

The most I've waited for was 30 days, 6 months durstion is too long if you ask me. By then I would have forgotten about the project.

Of course this is not normal.  Usually coins are paid a month after the end of the ICO.  A maximum of 2 months.

receiving a gift within 6 months is a regular thing, so you do not need to be confused or anxious when receiving a gift from bounty with a long duration of time ...
because gift distribution from bounty takes a long time because gift distribution is not easy ...

I think it is normal depending on the project you're participating on. There are some bounties people did back in January that are just beginning to pay now. One just has to ensure that there are still activities going on about the project so that it won't be that one is wasting his or her time on a dead project. It hurts really bad to do bounty for a whole 6 months only to discover that the project never launch let alone moon

At the moment, the project in which I participated for a month and a half is over, approximately payments for the bounty are expected in 70 days
