Agree. With these hard fork issues regularly happening, I am not sure how much bitcoin right now without those hampering a faster growth. Well this is it a decentralized system. Let's just ride the waves carefully.

You cant compare bitcoin to stocks because bitcoin is a currency that depends on users and stocks depends on the current assets and liabilities of the company. But I agree that bitcoin may lose its value, theoretically, if there is no demand for bitcoin therefore it may lose its value or another reason is since it is a technology, there may come a technology which is more superior than of the bitcoin. But now I dont think its possible because of altcoins is inherited from bitcoin technology

No I can’t agree with you in this statement, I think biotin will never every be lose its value because many rich people invest all their wealth on bitcoin and it seem like bitcoin will rule over all crypto market, because it is just start by bitcoin and in future the bitcoin will reach at new price record which other currencies dream to reach but they can’t be able.

Having rich people's wealth in bitcoin does not mean it will never lose its value. If you check the market, bitcoin keep on gaining and losing its price value. That is what we called fluctuation or volatility of the price value of the coin. I believe that bitcoin will lose it's value if people had found another cryptocurrency that is more advanced, more scalable and has more competetive and experienced developers.

Whether the rich people invest into bitcoin or not, the value loss won't happen in the falling years. This is just because the growth happening with bitcoin has started from the low level people who have been striving hard to earn and the same is being circulated for several needs rather than the rich who just buy and hold for a future growth.

I think that this is really possible if the activity of transactions falls due to loss of interest in bitcoin. But now it is very popular and there is no reason to think about its collapse.

Bitcoin will not completely lose its value because it will continue to improve and get some good developments and that will make the price pump and i don't think that CEO of IT companies will pump bitcoin because they are just speculating and i believe on what they think because i am comfortable that bitcoin will touch $5,000 price in the next year.

That's just a guess coming from me. Just like others said that aol has been forgotten and there's a new trend. Friendster has been forgotten because of facebook, so there's always a phasing and upgrade in terms of technology and bitcoin isn't too far from it that's why I guess the same scenario can possibly happen.

This is possible because people are working hard day and night to develop new apps, gadgets and technologies. Bitcoins definitely needed to be updated after every six months to stay in the game. With passage of time, the expectations of people from bitcoins will increase and to meet them, bitcoins need continuous improvements.

Yes you've got it right there are good factors are affecting bitcoin's price. And the news that are coming out that big people will support bitcoin and after the SegWit price can go up easily. The price was stable today and there's no a big blow uprising and even decreasing, this is the start to see the price of bitcoin pumping.

It seems like we're in a point when btc price would stabilize for a while like what it did back when the price was around 2.3k before aug 1st. I'm thinking there's a pattern to this an perhaps after another drama like the split, we'll stabilize again at a much higher price.

Yes, good explanation! Bitcoin may only lose it value when there are so much bitcoin dump in the market. As long as people hold their bitcoins on normal being there would be no drop on bitcoin value. Bitcoin will only lose value when people keep selling excessive amount of bitcoin daily which not really going to happen unless something really bad happen on the market.

But I am not agree with you ere because I am sure bitcoin is going to rock the floor of the stock market and the price and the Importance of the bitcoin is growing very fast and it is increasing the users of the bitcoin and more people are using bitcoin it makes bitcoin more popular so I think bitcoin is increasing the importance and the worth but not decreasing.

I do not think that bitcoin can lose its value completely.
I am sure there is a groupe of hardcore bitcoin fans who already got rich with bitcoin. They will support bitcoin, no matter what.
But they can only do that to a certain limit.
I think that bitcoin could fall in a really worst case scenario to a few hundred dollars, but not beyond it.

yes i agree maybe theres a dowming of price but value is not loose on it. Bitcoin come this far so i think if it should tend to loose its value maybe its loose a couple of year ago but if we look on to it untill now it has a value.

It is possible for bitcoin to reduce in value or for us to have a bearish market but it is not possible for bitcoin to lose it value now. Bitcoin as a number one cryptocurrency has been increasing in value from inception and we expect this to continue until further notice let said four to five years to come minimum before we see long term bearish market.

Skyrocketing every time is not a good and stable sign, the price can go down anytime by various means or ways. But surely it will and it will never lose its value. The acceptance and user base is increasing, which will be growing further resulting in growth of its value.

Nothing is impossible, and also we can not guess what will happen tomorrow. Like that now Bitcoin is god for many investors, and they are making a huge profit from this coin. Who knows in future who will replace this coin. But as per now, Bitcoin is the king of the all digital currency and at least for a couple of years it will not lose his value.
