Yes right, in my opinion now is the right time to buy altcoins, today bitcoin prices drop more than 5% and cause altcoins prices to drop, some even drop more than 30% so buying altcoins when drop is the most appropriate choice.

we buy better when the market is red and this is when it is cheap and we invest waiting for the market to start improving and selling when the market has gone up and the market is back green and we can start investing as usual.
there are to many comments from some people that have no ideea about cryptos at all. Give me a sigle legit reason why do you think that bull run is almost here? Markets are down and bitcoin will continue to drop or maybe this is the bottom, we shall see.
Actually , this is normal thing that we keep us ourself positive in most of the condition of the cryptocurrency market , here our basic aim remain such that we should make ourself panic free , so don't talk in such way .And also right now a small negative news ( delay of ETF by security exchange commission ) is going on , but still that will change into positive news soon , because how much time this delay will remain .
Since the basic rule of trading says that we should buy altcoins at dump , so it will be more better for you buy altcoins ( better much famouse ) which are much dumped .
So if you have money in your pocket extra , then you can invest for better result in small time .
Otherwise hodl and patience are enough to give profit in future , with long term wait .
I also think that the negative news background will not last forever. This can last until the end of the year. I think the growth will be closer to winter. In the current situation, I would prefer buying top coins. And of course hold.
If you have more money to invest, you should buy at current prices. You can get coins at about 30-40% less of price before 6 months.
Some alt coins are available for very cheap currently. You can buy such coins like ripple is a good option currently.

I agree. People are scared and try to get out of Bitcoin or alts as they fear bitcoin migh drop even lower. I would stay calm and rather this as a buying opportunity. The ETFs still has a good chance to be approved this year and new money will flood into the market, this is only a delay. Now everything is available for a discount.
