Once the market is starting to recover and it continues to rise then that is the right time to buy or trade then sell once you can earn profit.

Just don't hold a long time especially if the price is starting to drop again from it's rise.

I think it's a good , but not the best time to buy altcoins , because I think the market is not on the bottom yet . In my opinion , market will get a strong uptrend impulse only after btc will go lower then 5500$ . But current prices are already very seductive , and I believe you will get a profits even buying on current levels.
