Hello:
I am new to cryptos and I must say that my first experience has been a bad one, I recently visited antminerusa.com and purchased some hardware, that was about 10 days ago, I paid using BTC, now the site is no longer available, its been down for 3 days maybe a bit more, this lead me to think this website is a scam.  Now what should I do to recover my BTC, if the purchase where made using a credit card, I would report it to my bank and they could void or cancel payment, but with BTC what should I do?, if there is nothing that I can do, then it is obvious that using cryptos is a scammers paradise because there is no protection to buyer (that I know), unless there is a way to introduce the complain in the chain in order to reverse payment.
This is the transaction id 30dc4f431ac3db1949b330ab8cd31d1bb019d4831e24cd7cd7f4215fca73073b if anyone could share some light I would appreciete it.

Once bitcoin was already sent to the seller, sorry but true it can't be recover. Unless, if before you make a transaction you file a request of escrows and I don't know if that is possible using credit card according to your statement. Even if you report it to the credit card company they also can't do anything from it then. really for your bad experienced, next time be careful pal.

crypto is self security. because the crypto system is not centralized. so what management does crypto owners have. when crypto is removed from your wallet, then 90% no responsibility. maybe you're right, crypto is a paradise for scammers. but self-control will kill all that. too many fake websites, so we have to be careful. when your crypto is released, it can't be returned. so you have to understand the concept of decentralization.
I think that now very few educational projects on cryptocurrency and its use have been created. It is necessary to increase the level of knowledge in society regarding cryptocurrency assets. It is good that this forum is functioning quite successfully in many languages of the world.
Forum helps reaching new people to learn more about cryptocurrency, aside from social media and video tutorials the forum gives more
informative things about crypto. We also seen some movies about crypto which can also leads to gather interest from this industry and
allow new people learn things about bitcoin. We  have to be optimistic and keep looking forward for much better success.

I have been using Bitcoin for buying anything online as long as the merchant accepts cryptocurrency and based on my experience it is safe to use Bitcoin although you must be careful on transacting on different merchant, always do some research first before paying using Bitcoin because the transaction is irreversible once it has 2 or 3 confirmation if i got it right. you must that there are lot of people there with bad intention to scam others using the Bitcoin as front.

If you want to return your lost bitcoin because of your purchase, it is very possible that your bitcoin cannot be returned again, before buying something or other needs with your bitcoin currency more carefully, if the problem of buying using bitcoin might be safe. I have also bought several items that must be paid for with bitcoin money but I feel safe because before I deal with the seller of goods, I check the seller can be trusted or not.

Not to be rude but you started the wrong way. I mean even If the site accepted credit cards, you should still not simply use your CC as your credentials could be stolen, you should always investigate sites legitimacy...

I simply googled the site's name and the results returned were:

https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/antminerusacom-scam-has-anyone-used-this-site-2527796
https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/fake-bitmain-antminer-websites-updated-16072019-5159286

Your funds are sadly lost and there is no way you could recover them.

As an advice for the future, If you find any website that you're not sure of, ask here.

Oh.. so it was a scam site? Unfortunately for the buyer, now there is no way to recover these coins. All of us needs to take certain precautions while making purchases of Bitcoin hardware. Always purchase from those stores, who have good reviews available. Even I have lost a lot of my coins to various scams and ponzi schemes. But there is not much we can do about them. Once you transfer the coins, they are gone for good. There is no way to recover them, and attempting that will only bring more heartache. My advice is to forget about the loss and move on. Else, you could take the legal route. But the chances are that you will incur huge legal expenses without receiving any sort of reimbursement.

It's a safe payment method until you are dealing with this very carefully, It's some restriction yet such as you don't refund any amount of Bitcoin after making a payment ever, So this one is the very dark side of this Blockchain system. Since this is the anonymous transaction so you can't claim also that you made this one, that's the main barrier of establishing the Blockchain system, everything has both negative and positive sides so it's the unavoidable side of this Bitcoin yet. it's true that when you pay for something by your MasterCard or any plastic card then you have that scope to get refund your money in case of any order delayed or canceled, In this aspect, Bitcoin is not getting updated and it will not be also because it's anonymous and nonrefundable.

Bitcoin is safe but very careful about who you make a trade with using bitcoin because there is no refund after payment. When using bitcoin, you need to be super-smart and make sure to buy a product from the vendors or a very reputable marketplace, not some doggie website.

payments that you make using bitcoin cannot be canceled and returned, that's where we have to be careful when making transactions using bitcoin because no one can be responsible for transactions that we do other than ourselves. the only way you can find out the truth of the site from a trusted source, if indeed the site is not official, that means what others say is true, the site is only looking for profit by cheating and the money you have spent to buy automatic hardware cannot returned.

Unfortunately you can not recover your money, your lost BTC.
Other thing is how you got to that site?
it seems that you did not think much before doing your purchase.
If the site was made with purpose of scaming then it certanly was unpopular , possibly suspiciously cheap also.
You should provide a reliable wallet for that or spend a little like buying a hardware wallet. Well, it depends on the situation. There are shops or online shops that accept bitcoin as a mode of payment but you must also choose the only trusted sites in order for you not to be a scam so I would highly suggest that if you are not really sure about it then much better to use fiat money to avoid losses.

I do not specifically know a way to get back your payment or even just to know where it was. As soon as you spend it to somewhere you're not even familiar with, then there must be no turning back. Unless, those stuff has a customer service or what to even guide you on what you should, and validate your loss. So, the bottom line here, using bitcoin to purchase something around an uncertain websites, applications or anything isn't recommended. So be aware to those thing, cause remember people tend to deceive because majority of those random sites are just a mere greedy site.

Using bitcoin for purchase payment is good but we have choose trusted website, but if you see with website low trusting you have use other digital payment like PayPal or Payza, why I ask you use both digital currency payment because when you got not trusted website you can dispute or get back your money if use paypal.

I also recommend that, however there is also a disadvantage for that, because we cannot confirmed in an instant that the site where we sent our funds are not legit, it is too late when the person or the website where you sent your funds claimed it before you could reverse the transaction in your paypal account history. The only precaution we could do is think before we click, for our funds not to go in vain.
By using google or through social media you can search any feedbacks regarding a certain website. In this generation, any information can be found thru internet, if no latest information to be found, it is most likely new or no one have to tried it yet, would be better to avoid those kind of website when tryng to purchase thru online. Less information in the internet are most likely the scam sites.

It is safe as, what is not safe is the website you are using. That is why you should make a quick review for any feedbacks and legitimacy purpose before paying through bitcoin. I tried buying some game credits through crypto and my transactions get through and I get the game credits instantly. You should have checked before paying, let this be a lesson.

Purchase using bitcoin is safe if you can trust with store do you want to buy, behind you check how many people made transaction before you buy. Many feed back and respond from other people have bought before you can get this website is safe or not before purchasing your bitcoin balance to this address, and check how much bitcoin there?

Just be sure that you trust the website when paying with Bitcoin. There's no way you can recover lost money there.

That's one of the disadvantages of Bitcoin, so if you are going to use Bitcoin you should be educated to do research if the merchant that you are going to use Bitcoin to buy stuff from them is legit and they are government registered company, even if you cannot do a chargeback at least you have buyer protection and can get a refund, and also always look for the merchants reputation.
