I didn’t come to buy ethereum that time because of hesitation since market in 2018 is breaking down and i am lucky enough because i did bought ethereum below $100 this year and now because its almost 200$ value i might say i am in profit but yet I’ll stick to waiting for another year or so untill this coin hit a 4 digit price again in which not impossible because this has proven the capacity of growing huge value in short period of time

You are thinking very long, it was 85 dollar few months ago and few days later it had rised to 150 dollar easily. This is eth and it will be profitable everytime. 
Ethereum has a very sharp price decline. And to get back at the price of $ 600 I think it will be very difficult. But now prices are slowly recovering. So, if you want to buy Ethereum you can start now before the price of Ethereum rises high.

Certainly yes, ETH hasn't reached the price that should arrive yet, has a lot of potential for growth and appreciation. This is likely to reach $ 1000 again and maybe even more.

Earlier ethereum used to grow mutually with bitcoin. This time there isn't such a growth till date, and if such a form of growth have taken place already it could have crossed $300. With this I believe there is a big growth over the falling months, and making an investment will give best profit.

Yes right, ethereum is a coin that is always surprising, I knew when it was priced at $ 5 in 2016 and had reached more than $ 1100, but when market red, ethereum experienced the biggest decline and I'm sure ethereum immediately bounced back again.
I actually never doubted ethereum but in recent times ethereum has not been as sensational as what you say. although my belief in ethereum is still very good but actually it starts to decrease.
this is a market game, stay patient and wait for this market to give you benefits. many have lost their confidence because of the decline, but I suggest keeping your trust in ethereum. this year there will be an upward movement, believe me, even though it's not big, but the market will improve. 
Op I hope you did not buy ethereum at the price of $600 because if you do that there is no way you will not lose except you are ready to hold until the next bull run which must surely come to past. I also believe that we are going to have another bull run and no matter the price you buy ethereum in the past if you keep holding you will definitely going to makes profits in future.
ETH price has been hovering in the $130s for almost a month. It has been in the $100 - $160 range in 2019 and now almost at middle of the range. Could go lower a bit more or not but at a good price to get some.
I would say its time to invest now, ethereum is going to do very well in the future and now is the right time to buy some.
I haven’t any doubt about BTC as well as ETH, those have good future so i think it is the time to buy ETH and hold it till the end of 2019, i optimistic that you will get at least 3x profit. So choice is yours.
