No, it is lower now. when the market is in a bear market, there is no optimal investment opportunity. u never know what the bottom of it is. any time is a good time, when the market is on the rise.
for me personally, any price below the 250 bucks mark is a good entry point for ethereum this coin will have a bright long term value and good infrastructure for smart economy
