there is always a large number of "projects" that use this token. nothing on that front has changed. if anything their number has reduced since ICOs have been getting banned left and right and also because there has been a lot of scams that scare people away from everything.

and that doesn't stop there. analysis shows that ethereum is not at its best form right now. the downtrend is still ongoing strongly and there are still whales who are dumping ETH. buying now means risking getting dumped on hard.

I think the best time to invest in ETH has already passed. However, I think it is better to buy ETH now than later since ETH can go big anytime. The price is still not that high as of now, and it is also still stable. ETH has a very big potential to actually surpass the value of bitcoin, in my opinion.

As you already said that market is already corrected a lot and most of the coins prices came down so don't just buy only one or two your favourite coins instead buy few top coins and diversify your funds. If you do proper diversification you can reduce your future losses. So I suggest don't just buy ETH but buy many good coins, not some shit coins. ETH is a good coin to hold in our portfolio so must use this down market and buy some coins now.

It is not the best time but the present price is indeed something you can gain profit from it. This price might not too low but base on ETH peak price it could you could gain profit more than 50% of it.

I think personally if it all depends on the situation. but it is better to observe the ETH value chart first. There are times when the value of ETH is lower and the increase is sudden and that is the best time to buy ETH. ETH prices fall, then that's the right time to invest. Because the ETH decrease is temporary.
