If you are looking for a much better job, master degree are really essential. Because it shows how high your education is. Aside from personalities, educational status are one of the requirements in job interviews because it shows your performance when were still studying.
I would not say that master's degree is essential. In IT/programming jobs, masters degree has no value at all. Even in my place, more than 90% of the guys only have the Bachelor's degree. It is the knowledge of the computer languages and other skills which matter in the job market, and not the educational qualification such as the master's degree.

I think that before all the papers and diplomas, is that you have certain skills related to your workplace. In our days there is too much diplomas and to little specialists who really knows what they do. So yes, de master degree is important as long as you are making your study in a serious university.
It depends on the job if it's necessary. A doctor without a Master degree sounds strange to me, however a computer programmer without any degree is totally possible (if coding skills are proven of course)

a master's degree is often necessary to secure a profession and advance within some fields.
i think it depends on your future aspirations. if you want to work in startups, founder, or tech related field, hands on experience and understanding of solving customer problems is more important than masters. i guess if you are interested in building something, masters or even a degree is not necessary. but if you want to work in established industries such as Finance, manufacturing, CFO etc then it is necessary.
In the magistracy to go, in my opinion, it is necessary. At the present time, even specialists who graduate from the Master's program have advantages when applying for jobs (in some areas). It is good to have good accomplishments in life. However, I think master's degree is just required if you're going to be promoted or if you are applying for high rank position. You don't even need to have a degree just to be successful. You just need to work hard to be successful. There's a lot of rich people who were not able to finish high school.

It actually depends on the person taking it. Nowadays, even though you have a masterals degree and you applied fo a job, yet the applicant that you are with came from a bery popular university, they will hire him despite the lack of a degree. I’m speaking from experience. That’s why it is more of a self achievement rather than an advantage for me.

Master degree is not important if you have knowledge because many people are poor they cant go to college.if you have knowledge and wisdom you know how to work hard you can be a succesful one.Without an educational degree, you can't enter in to the white-collar sector. And I agree that some of the uneducated people may be having the knowledge and wisdom that the educated guys lack. Even then, without a college degree, you will not qualify for the vast majority of the jobs. If you are thinking about setting up a business on your own, then it is a different thing though.
