I don't think a masters degree is important. It is just to confirm your first passion or make it through self realization for yourself.
A masters degree is required is you are to teach students like in highschool or college. Bit all in all, if you will only be applying for a regular job, then an MA is not a requisite.

The master degree is an order of magnitude higher than the bachelor's degree, master degree gives an advantage in the job search. Also master degree is necessary in the scientific sphere to become a professional in the scientific community. But now the ability and skills can be valued by the employer higher than education. Plus there are rare cases when even a lack of education did not prevent to make a career.

If you wanna use it then it is important, but that doesn't necessarily mean that you will be rich or something, it is a huge advantage but what we will achieve in life is not dictated with our degree. Lessons that life teaches is what I think is the most important.

Of course it is. As you said many companies require their employees to have a master degree or else they would be fired. Like professors in the universities, they are required to finish their masters degree. And it is also a way to make your salary bigger.

Because I have a master's degree and my salary is not much higher than that of my colleagues, who does not have it. And the worst part is that I wasted two years of my life pursuing the master's degree, while my colleagues were enjoying their jobs and earning decent salaries.

Because I have a master's degree and my salary is not much higher than that of my colleagues, who does not have it. Having a master will help you to get hired easily in higher position especially in the government so if you can then go ahead.

I don't think you need a masters, because you can still find job even if you're just a high school graduate, even those who didn't even finish elementary school. But if you want a job that will bring you to the top, a job that you can be proud of, a job for leaders, maybe I suggest you take your masters degree. It will help you a lot.
