At some point through your career you will need one, it makes you "master" some of the subject you handle much better , therefore making you more neccessery for the company you work for. so maybe having it just after you finish your college studies is optimal.
Do you think that master degree is important? I see that many companies nowadays ask for a master degree but still I know many people who had a job without it. Do you think it is essential?
In some jobs they require masters degree, however, I don't think that this is required or that important
if you already have a good position in your company. I think it's only required when you're teaching or when
you're a manager in a company.
Due to increased stiff competition among potential employees and the global economic crisis, job searching has become an uphill task for many people during recent years. Serious employers need employees who have the best skills for a particular profession. In order to acquire the best, one needs to take an extra mile in education, in this case undertaking a master’s degree and short courses. in other words, master degree is very important in today's economy.
It is not important... A Master's degree helps, but is not needed for success. Hard work, a good attitude, and motivation are the most important factors for success. An intelligent and hard working person can start and work up in a company without a Master's. Also, you can start a company yourself and be a success.

It depends on what job are you aiming for is because there are some job requirements that requires you to be at least a masters degree holder. I don't find it important because as long as you have your dream job and you're earning good, degree doesn't matter.

If you have a master degree, it will be an advantage for them to get accepted in the company they are applying for, in short it will easy for them to have a job. But nowadays, I think for us to have a prosperous life whether you are a degree holder or Master degree its not necessarily needed. But this was just my opinion

master degree is very important to every one, it can use to move forward best person in the society. most of the people can not interested to doing business. studies is give more respect in the society. so first you have to take step in that. in the world were ever you have to go study is important. in doing business and going to other country's if we have study then we know how to face problems. so we try to study. master degree is really very important.

Unless you are in to R&D, I don't think that a master's degree is necessary. Most of the IT jobs doesn't require a Master's degree. As long as you know some coding and programming, you are going to be fine. And even if you are having a Master's degree in some science-related subject, I don't think that your salary will increase by much.
Master Degree is very important for us as individual because it serves as out tool and weapon to move forward in life. Earning big even not having Master Degree should encourage you to take it more than ever to make your mind more flexible in becoming more successful in the future.

i think its important to have it . Nowadays if you have finish college with a masteral degree , you can easily hired when you applied in a company , because most companies today hired only a college graduate with a masteral degree. But either way most people who has not a masteral degree have good and nice job , with skills most people do ot need a masteral degree to be successfull in life.
I don’t think soo ! Lots of people now don’t have degree but have a good opportunity , but some of country having a dergree is more advantage to get what they want!!!
I guess so, in some companies if you want to be promoted on your work you will need that degree, I do not why they make things like this it is very unfair with others working passionately
Depends on your job and probably the country you are from. In my country does not really matter only if you have a doctorate you will have a higher payment at job.
Everything depends on the desire of the employer. Some need a master's degree, and some do not. Thinking that if the company is seriously hiring you, then a master's degree is simply necessary.
I'd put experience on the first position, not the degree. But it really depends. Some companies just won't promote without it,or you won't be able to take some of the positions.
