Neo is one of the coins that have a lot of long-term potentials. It is Chinese supported and one of the major choice of the big ICOs at present. I think it is a great choice for long-term investment
I'm going to buy it and I think that it's impossible to wait any longer because the NEO now will increase in price and by the fall the exchange rate will be more stable, and the coin will be more expensive

I've seen many similar issues, all of which boil down to inadequate market research and the issue of crypto currency in general. You must have plan A and plan B. Why so? Because the crypto currency can not constantly grow and you must have a plan B, which involves the question "What if the market goes down?". This means that you must invest the amount that you are willing to lose in case of failure. As for NEO, the project is ambitious, it has an excellent team, road map and prospects. We can assume that finding in the top 10 is inevitable and that you will get your profit over a long distance. But also I recommend fixing partially the profit from + 30% and remembering that no one can give you an accurate forecast. Study the market, think only with your head. 
I think that NEO is excellent choice for long term investment. I have invested in NEO myself and I have very high hopes for this project.
I will give three thumbs up for NEO. That platform really looks promising and will give you another profit by getting GAS by just holding those. Never sold your coins when the market is down. It pretty normal and a market correction is needed for a healthy price. HODL is LIFE for crypto traders and investors. Investment is all about patience my friend. Just keel calm and HODL you neo. It would be nice if you have an idea with FUNDAMENTAL and TECHNICAL analysis when getting your business with cryptocurrencies. Always do your own research and continue learning.
Neo belongs to the top 10 cryptocurrency which I understand that this is a good potential coin for investment. I think that this is the right time to buy since this is cheaper right now and should wait until this will recover.
I would suggest that you should be looking at the market and how the coins are utilized. For me it doesn't really matter what they supported it just that who utilizes them and how many are users. No matter how functional or technology advanced a coin is without users its nothing. So do a deep research on it.

However, investing large capital can pose risks, perhaps distributing 40% of the its amount in NEO in the near future we can have a formidable profit.

NEO is having solid community and it looks good in my opinion. But due to the recent banned from big companies such as twitter google and facebook that was affecting neo too caused by neo icos were getting impact from the advertisement banned but don't worry just the matter of time until icos will be legalized in so many countries.

I think that now you should not buy any tokens for a long time.
i would have to agree with you on that. NEO is not a coin that you would want to call legitimate only to realize that Ethereum is better.
I can still remember once I have bough NEO for only 30$ and it went down to $20 within a week, out of frustration I sold all of my NEO. After a month or so NEO price jumped to over $150.

I think NEO is gonna blow up with the success of decentralized apps. Neo is a lot more appealing to developers to work with than Ethereum and lots of programmers are going to be playing around with the technology. NEO would also see monster gains if it was chosen as the standard by the Chinese government when they get their regulations act together.
