until now iam use paypal and never problem
witdhraw and receive payment is good and very fast
so what is your problem and then your write paypal is scam

paypal will never be a scam because its one of the most trusted wallet of all. ive been using it ithink 3 years from now. because when istart using paypal im into blogging thats why i register on paypal and connect one of my credit cards and they deducted ithink its almost $3 but i got a refund they said thats only for verification process only so. paypal is not a scam 
Paypal is already so much time there in the market and no major problems with the payment system did not arise until then. Therefore, a scam is not even worth talking.They are pretty old in the market and I can say the one of the most successful payment method/processor in the recent years even though there are some other alternatives like payza etc but still paypal is leading, but why is it called scam is because some individuals withdraw/refund money even though the service/goods has been arrived.
For me paypal is most secured if you are experience of item that factory default you can reverse the payment online or you can get refund if you give a real proof..
Paypal should be change that thing in the future.. or develop it more in the future..
They have also some down sides for example they require lots of info to be confirmed like ID, bill for verifying the address etc which sometimes make sense but on the other side it is good for the buyers to not get scammed from the sellers.

Paypal is not a scam,but the fact is only few are using it right now others switched to bitcoin for fast and easy transaction. They dont like paypal because of its buyer protection once its limited ,you must submit papers to identify that youre the real owner of that paypal account.
i agree with you that Paypal is not scam and paypal users was very high for online transaction buy now a lot of people using bitcoin and bitcoin getting too much popularity and a huge number of people using bitcoin for online shopping because bitcoin is very useful and profitable currency and acceptable in anywhere for online shopping.

I know they've frozen a lot of peoples' funds over the years, and there was the PP monopoly with Ebay that frustrated so many sellers, but some of that's for security and other stuff has been resolved. I use PP a lot, no problems.

Paypal is always present at honest business, wanna know if its legit, search for paypal, deposit and cashout.
This is true paypal are used in big companies for merchants or to support their companies for financial assistant why companies are going to trust of there tones of money if paypal are scam? Also most of online shop are using paypal method . And also those costumers who continuesly use paypal.

Their regulations are just to strict, that's why many people complain about their services since sometimes it can be very annoying. Their strict regulations are what brought the problems, complaints their users have for their service, not because they are a scam. So if it is so annoying for you, just use bitcoin it would be easier.
yes its true but as long as we follow their rule, i think our account is safe too because i have my account is not problem until now and i can still using it to send and receive money with paypal. and i am agree that paypal have strict regulations and i think its because paypal wants to give secure and safety for their member so they do it with different way than the other payment processor. but if you don't want to use paypal, then you can stick with bitcoin and you don't have to worried about your account.

Some are accusing paypal to be a scam because they might have lost their money as they have the tendency to freeze the account if they find high amount of activity and the customer care are just not that great
A few weeks back, they locked out my account. The credit card which I had used for verification got expired, and they asked me for a fresh one. I didn't wanted to give the details of my new card, and in the end I lost access to my account. Anyway, I don't use Paypal too often these days. So I have decided to stop using my account.
And their reversible nature of payments suits to scammers and people like us who are honest, demand non reversible payments promote bitcoins and alt coins.
