I've never had an issue with paypal and I've been using it for years. However, some people have problems with people doing "chargebacks" where they purchase something with their credit card and then once they get the product they immediately dispute the charge. This can sometimes leave the seller without both the product and the money if the buyer successfully wins his dispute. PayPal needs to find a way to make chargeback scams virtually impossible.
yes stay away from them. They'll take your money and they always fever on buyer side. so if you are a seller then stay away from paypal.
Its not right if you follow all rules and regulations they will never take your money I am using for 3 years and never have any problem they need to work with all T&C by different countries I had paypal for something like 5 years and i havent any issue with them in fact they were very professional and fast handling all the transactions. Its always a problem if you visit a fake adress of paypal, or regist at some website with same email as credentials.
Paypal also restrict my account for 180 days this is due to some transfer of money coming from different ip but the Ip that I'm using was dynamic then i had to go to a lot of process just to recover my account,like submitting a lot of documents,from then I realized paypal is not a good merchant partners I'm glad bitcoin is now very popular and many people are now using it..
So that is why they restrict accounts for 180 days? But what if the person uses their mobile app to access their accounts what of their restriction of your account then?Paypal is a non-realistic company the way they view things in my eyes.
You're not alone,actually thousands of people had complaints on paypal especially those on investment program,they tend to side with one party and do not give you the exact answer or solution to your problem,especially if is it ebay transactions,that is why ebay also suffers.
I don't like paypal because of the amount I get hard-earned on the internet I can not withdraw because of the need to credit card verify. I do not want to verify a credit card because it is very danger.

They can be viewed as a scam company by some people because those are the ones that have lost money from selling bitcoin and can not prove other wise so they can have their money released back to them.
But if you an honest person that have all valid information on your account then you should not have any accusations against them as being a company that scams their customers out of their money.
The sayings are real, you cannot please everyone but in overall paypal has serve many years for people who uses online transaction. They serve from different industries like the online shoppers and most especially the freelancers. paypal is actually not scamming nor a scam site,when a service is just popular and getting used by so many people,i'm sure their quality will be lowering and so many problem will occur either major or minor problem to their clients,they can't take care of their clients and can't pleasing all of their clients so it will result so many complain
This is not the first time people say paypal scam, paypal had protecting you from fraud shop/people. it's back in what your problem if they has freeze your fund, ask to them for resolved it, they will help you.
The support system is very poor. Though freezing the fund is part of the security features but they should also find some means or change their protection policy instead of freezing the funds which is troublesome for us users.
PayPal is a trusted service but many costumers means very much complaints and problems to resolve.
It's so disturbing get your funds were freezed instead of getting an advance notice, I agree they should improve theirs protection policy and customer service. But PayPal is never been a scam as long as I know if we follow their rules correctly and be cautious.
Paypal is not a scam ,iits just that paypal is too sensetive when it comes to sending and recieving. If your not verified and then somebody send you money ,you will wait 21 days for your money to be release,.

In order to determine if you need to understand the currency in which the transaction is expected to more things, or what currency you open a bank account. Properly selecting the currency you will not lose interest when converting funds.
