Ofcourse it is very important, it shows that the project is more ready and actually has the ability to run the project. If the product is ready or the beta is ready at the ico, then the project will save a lot of time for the development. A lot of icos take a long time about 1 year until they release the product so it's definitely an advantages to have. I prefer to invest in the project who has the product ready if I have to choose between two project with the same concept.

This is a very big issue in the investment of a raw product. If the product is raw then there is nothing to invest in a cloud that almost does not exist. It is better to invest in a platform in which you are sure that everything will be fine.
Yes of course it is important after ICO ends it is important. Without the project the hype will helps but no future with no MVP!
On my mind product is really important, for now i can see so many projects that finished ICO and there are no news from them. I wont invest in projects without ready products any more. I will better place money in existing coins, dont want to risk.
A product that can be used already makes the project more important but also the product must have a market to aproach and stuff like this. I know some of projects that have a good product and yet they have no market for it and adoption is super slowly so make sure that certain product has a market when they can expand,a good adoption plan for making the project to spread more and more and the most important is that the product has no issues or bugs or anything related to problems.

Not necessarily but if a project already have a working product, it will definitely boost the morale of the team, investors and the market outlook for such project will be very positive.
I think a viable product that meet consumers needs will determine to a large extent the success of any given project. Product is important, if a project has no product then I just imagine how such project can compete in a market that is becoming so competitive.
