It is not of about telegram for telling the success of an ICO project. It is based on the social media campaign to be success in ICO.
Yes it is one of the great tool to measure of ICO success becuase telaegram is one of the best engine in social media to huge the target people and a lot of interested people or investors looking on it and joining telegram to get daily updated informaton in regards with the project.
Telegram are one way of attracting attention, advertising a project. Thanks to the Telegram, people will learn more about the upcoming project, plus there is an opportunity to share their opinions with others. Therefore, I think he plays a role in the success of the project.
I don't think so because if a coin fails it's Telegram could still be huge even though it's irrelevant.
I agree with you. There are many failed projects but they have a lot of people joining their telegrams. Because any more people will join the telegram channel with the airdrop program of the project

I think it is one of other forms of campaigns like facebook, twitter, and others. I do not think it is new or major measure of ICO success or its failure. Telegram campaign works as other campaigning platforms.
Telegram is one of the good places to check out projects. I usually read about what are the members talking there. Some projects’ group chats are active and members discuss about certain points that are good information.
Telegram is a very convenient instant messenger for quick communication on the project, nothing more. It's not a secret for anyone that if you need, you can buy an audience for the group.

telegram is a convenient source of quick information and communication. but I do not think it is a measure of the success of the ICO. Yes,you can tell if it has a lot of participants is a good indicator. but not so much that only he evaluate the ICO 
Been seeing projects' Telegram groups blow up and I think that's an attribute of success. Personally, when I find a project, I do judge them by their social media presence. How active a telegram channel does say a lot with their demand.

Not.... You cannot see the successful of an ICO just because the telegram members are 50k. Because some members there are only participating in airdrops, in social media's, some are recruit from other people to join that Group Chat telegrem. You cannot see the successful in that way..
I believe not. Because telegram in turn is just an advertising channel. And does not affect the brand ico. 
I suppose telegram channels are the same measure of communication of the cryptocurrency community, as twitter and reddit. Everybody knows, that there are many inactive subscribers, so it is hard to value success of a project by its telegram activity.
I also think how many telegrams you can be there based on the ico success that you will have to support the ico support you have joined with but there are also ico who have even supported or included in the telegram group chance it will not succeed so it's better to read the info on the only ico
I think social media are the best ways to promote a project and get investors to invest in that project if they are well designed and well presented. Telegram as a social media platform is a way to promote a project and attract investors because it is used globally. It is easy to access and you only need to post the project in the groups you are into and you get peoples opinion about the work. You can connect easily with as much people as you want on this platform.
There is no way that we can use telegram as the new measure of ico success. Reasons being that projects practically force people into their telegram channel by making it compulsory for bounty hunters and aidrop participants to join instead of just allowing people to join because they are interested in the project
I think Yes, because there are too many people who are very concerned on finding better ICO or better signature and bounty campaigns is very hard and we're compelled to choose wisely because we only have a very limited forum accounts so we can get sure bounty stake tokens in the end of and ICO
I do not think the telegram groups of the ico's grow so much for the possible success of this ones but for the promise of a reward/airdrop if users join their channels
It depends on the ico itself. In my case, you can determine that when an ico is promising is by seeing many members in a telegram group. But beware, check if the bounty campaign involves a telegram referral program, if it holds a referral program, do more research on it. But when an ico does not have a referral telegram program and have many members, I'm sure the hype of the ico is good.
