Every new user on the ETH platform is good for ETH. If it is a government it is even better as it means that ETH
platform is the most trusted. That is reflected on it`s market position as well as a leader amongst the altcoins.
Well, it will be a good thing to ethereum because it will require people patronizes ethereum the more and that will push its market value forward if all things remain equal in my opinion.
Ethereum value increases and this is a good sign for Ethereum because there will be more people interested in Ethereum.most likely Ethereum can rise higher so that those who have Ethereum will get big profits, and for those who don't have it there is still a chance to start now.

Ethereum is still a good coin, and who invest on it can't lose if they know when to sell and when to buy, this year the price can grow way more if most of coins grow and new investors come to crypto.

I have been involved in crypto's IIRC on 2016 and I've been seeing a lot of local stores adopting bitcoin there. I personally believe that the good news is only for Bitcoin, because Altcoin depends on the price of Bitcoin, if Bitcoin rises then Altcoin like ETH, XRP and others will follow Bitcoin, so I think if ETH has good news, then ETH will not have a price increase in the market , because so far the price of ETH always follows the price of Bitcoin. What is your opinion ?

I read what Rosine Kadamani, founder of the educational Blockchain Academy in Brazil commented on the effects this stablecoin that it will somehow have a major effect to the country's graft and corruption issues due to misuse of public funds. This shall take control of its accounting because everything goes back to the bank. If this process will be a success, then this coin's system shall not only be applicable to banking and finance but to other key areas also. Just my two cents on this.
