For me I really like to hold ETH because ETH is next to bitcoin and is very affordable compare to the price of bitcoin which is already high. ETH also has many features that most of the bounty campaigns and ICOs has using ETH wallet for their transactions. To be honest, I am quite surprised that you are asking at all, ofcourse it is good news, other banks might even use their stable coin to move funds from one bank to another, this is definitely a list for Ethereum and there are many more wins ahead.

Certainly... Brazil has a major economy in the southern part America. Adoption of the crypto technology on the Ethereum platform can only lead to more utilization of the Ethereum cryptocurrency exposing it to a wider market. I think this is a beginning of the new trend on ethereum.
