I don't think this the best time to buy Altcoins, still it can be said that proper investment can give a good profit. In that case I'm totally agree with you that after proper understanding we need to invest on reputed Altcoins. Much better Altcoins prices are now on the lowest level, we need to take a good look at that before investing.
The right time to buy is when bitcoin is corrected, although a little will greatly affect the price of altcoin. A few days ago bitcoin underwent a slight correction and made a big discount on the price of altcoin so that today bitcoin returned and properly made altcoin follow it again.
I think we can still invest on alts, Especially on top altcoins like ETH, XRP, TRON etc... these coins could go aggressive if BTC show some strong movements, also there are few more alts to watch for in 2020 BNB, ZIL. Altcoins are showing some positive signs from start of the year and hopefully it will continue also I believe the BTC halving effect will lie on alts as well.

For me Ill think it is the right time to buy altcoins, But we need make a choice if we want to buy alts than changing our mind. There are lots of altcoins that we can choose in the market it have a potential or a future to increase the price and get us more profit if we buy on it. And one more thing we need to be careful always choosing altcoins because Im experience that are to many altcoins are not totally increasing the price and still dip price.

As we can see the market's situation now, several altcoins are struggling by decreasing and increasing, however as some investors says that it is always a right time to buy an altcoin with its low cost value, a right time to buy when it is decreasing, for sure it could give sure profits in a long term investments like ethereum and xrp ripple.

your mentioned is quite good to buy.But I think buying XRP is not a good decision.Because maximum time XRP failed to break the btc pairs.better you can replace XRP to the BNB.last 2 years BNB ROI is good enough.And BNB borked the btc pairs so many time.In my view you will get better profit than XRP.BTW before investing your money you should make your own analysis. If we are in short term, we should always follow the basic principle investing or trading, buy at dip and sell at peak, I can always read that actually it looks easy but it's not easy to follow that all the time, we need to be educated and knowledgeable in order to do it at the right timing. Also one should be able to know when to take profit.

Some may not worth to be considered as an investment caused by there was no a good progress already happened. top 50 coins are good choice so far but we can get another better coin that is still undervalued just like some were listed in top 100 CMC. The fact that if the major coin with big marketcap doesn't eventually give us a lot of volatility. As we all know that this is one of worst time for all ALT coins including here are some Strong coins also facing this badly downtrend because of Bitcoin's unstablity and market fear. You are absolutely right about it. Great investors always search for this kinda moment to fill up their bag. And yes i also thing that this is the right time to invest on altcoin. Cause bitcoin halve is coming. There is lot of chance after bitcoin halve bitcoin value will be increase. So in that case altcoin have also great chance to pump.

Those are really good altcoin to invest. But i also love to add BNB, Nano and ONE. In my opinion these coin have really good futrure in crypto industry. And hope upcoming bitcoin halve, all altcoin value will rise again.

Still, it is a very good choice to buy in the current situation because slowly the altcoin prices are recovering.

It is true that right now we are hard to believe in altcoins since most of them have not really good performance. But trust me that two altcoins (ETH and XRP) are always good to invest. These coins commonly follow the trends in Bitcoin. So, if this year or in 2021, the Bitcoin will have a great season, I am pretty sure that ETH & XRP will probably have a good season as well.
