That is quite normal, one day we'll see red for most of the coins and next day we'll see green for same coins. If the coin is good then there it'll recover sooner or later.

The last time I checked, the altcoins (including Bitcoin forks such as Bitcoin Cash and Bitcoin Gold) contributed for 62.5% of all the crypto market capitalization. So you can't really say that alts are going to die, just based on a few temporary dips.
Most altcoins are unnecessary for society. In the end, there will not be more than 50 pieces that can really change our world. And I'm sure that many of these coins have not even been invented yet...

There's nothing to worry, altcoins and all cryptocurrencies are volatile, so it's normal for everything to go down since there are lots of bad news that came out this year. I am sure that when the dust settles, the market will start recovering soon. If you are impatient then you cannot stay long in this kind of situation and might end up selling everything and loss some money.
I do not think because I know from day to day altcoin in the recovery period and so we can wait for altcoin prices back stable and we can sell altcoin that we hold and earn profits because last month a lot of people who lost their money and I think now when his altcoin to re-explode
