Sometimes it can't be a safe way too. It's too increase the security for your wallet. I meant you can't totally pegged with your 2FA to make your wallet being secure from the scammers. You must also become dicipline to avoid to deal with any suspicious link that spread by scammers on internet.
There are bunch of scammers and adding 2fa was also a good choice but your activity can become the reason why your wallet get compromised. It may if you are clicking on the phishing link or doing bad thing that makes your wallet get compromished.
You must learn from this.

I honestly think that it heavily depends, if the things that got stolen are private key 2fa is pretty much useless but if you are using the wallet like the ones that didnt really reveal its private key then activating the 2fa could be pretty much your lifesaver.
then maybe you can take this as conclusion only using wallet that didn’t really reveal its private key and also have the feature of enabling the 2fa there are plenty of wallets like these that usually are being provided by the bigger platform.
other than that just use more secured wallet like trezor and ledger bro if you think your assets are big enough.

Everyone should use sms or 2fa or gmail code for the security of his own wallet. I am also use sms or 2fa or something else. By the way, if you do stop limit or something do to sell your token, that will happen automatically. I use stop limit in exchange wallet so that it is sold automatically.

Every security system has some weaknesses and nothing is able to ensure complete security. However, the 2FA security system plays an important role in protecting your wallet and account. This makes it almost impossible for hackers to access your account and extract assets. It is possible to easily protect assets, especially from incompetent hackers or those who seek to intentionally steal assets.

That's one of method to increase the security for your wallet. I don't know what do you think about that since you didn't even protect your wallet use 2FA as an additional security for your wallet. This doesn't make sense at all. I think that you have a reason why you didn't put 2 FA in your wallet. This is pretty weird for me to see someone who didn't even know if 2FA was exist to secure his wallet. I hope that you will learn a lot from your case. Your wallet needs more protection from the scammers.
This is a must for you to keep your wallet safe.

today I experienced an unexpected transaction from one of my wallets, all my assets were sold automatically, this is the first time I've experienced this, I didn't protect this wallet with a PIN and 2fa
can it be delayed after I use 2fa and PIN for all transactions?

2fa and pin is an additional protection for your funds that's why it is necessary that  you always enable it. Hackers are always there waiting for a victim specially those account which is not secured and easy to hack. Be responsible to your assets/funds..always use a trusted wallet apps or even a crypto exchange.

I can't say totally safe because I think there are still hack cases that are reported and those accounts are already secured with 2fa's but still it's better than not setting up a 2fa. This way you will get alerts if there is someone that tries to access your account and they can't easily access it not unless if they are pro hackers but I think pro hackers only target accounts with huge money inside but I don't think you hold millions and billions of dollars in your account so you are likely safe from them.

It can cause delay but that's fine as long as you are now extra protected. Laziness should not be an excuse to set up 2fa's on our accounts.

When the transaction especially withdrawing certainly needs at least 1 confirmation, even though we do not activate 2fa but when withdrawal definitely requires confirmation in an email when registering, and if we activate 2fa, of course the account position is stronger because I rarely hear the theft case on users who activate 2fa.
confirmation code that send by activating 2fa could help us for unexpected condition such as hacking case , we could protect our account with 2 layer protection if maybe our email hacked but the another security still secure by us. google auth or sms code be lastest protection if hacker access our account, no one could access it except our self.
activating 2fa really important for us since we save alot money in our wallet. without securing our wallet , it is very risky for us to lossing our money. hacker have many technique to access our wallet, maybe they sent unknown link or even sent unknown token in wallet . when we unconcious accessing it , they automaticly have a key to access it. and google auth or sms code could prevent this accident. no matter how much our money , its an obligation now in several exchanges to activate it.

You did not come back to tell us what wallet you are using, obviously, there's an intrusion could be your computer is infected or there's someone who knows your private key or passphrase, even if there is a 2FA or pin he can always transfer it from another wallet.

Your assets are gone already there's no way to get it back unless you know the owner of the wallet where your assets were sent,
its a lesson learn and people should be aware of intrusion from virus infection or from intrusion into their computer or cellphone
Take all the necessary precautions to implement all the necessary security.

I'm not sure but I think he's referring to his wallet possibly on an exchange, which is a non-custodial wallet as most of today's non custodial wallets don't have a connection to 2FA. If we use non custodial wallet our assets will be stolen by virus or hacker as you said.
But storing assets on centralized exchanges, it will be an unacceptable omission if he does not have 2FA or pin enabled. Hopefully OP will come back to tell us where you hold your assets.

The more options you use to secure your account and protect your funds, the more secure your work will become. And in this regard, 2FA is one of the simplest and most reliable means of protection and, accordingly, you do not need to ignore such a function.

Theoretically, a mobile wallet can be hacked using phishing, SMS interception and 2fa, using fake ads or changing the clipboard. Online wallets and services often rely on SMS and 2FA for an added layer of security for users. However, hackers have found ways to intercept SMS and 2FA by gaining access to the code. This can give them access to different accounts. Reliable and one hundred percent protection, I think does not exist. What app did you use?

2FA is considered the safest way to protect all accounts today such as email, social networks, wallets, etc. Unfortunately for you since you have not enabled the 2FA function for your wallet, this is a very serious omission.

2FA can still be hacked but it is not easy and not every hacker can attack and steal your 2FA code.  Nothing is absolutely safe, but protect your assets in the best way.

In my opinion, it is very helpful in the context of security protection when you make transactions, either deposit or WD. but I'm a little confused by your statement "all my assets were sold automatically" because if I'm not mistaken, almost all transactions are always asked to enter the 2Fa code when you are going to make any type of transaction as I remember the code is in the user's hands.

First of all, when you login in your account, you put gmail and password. This is not enough for secure to your any account. After that, you set a 2fa(google,sms,gmail code etc.) and this is not 100% secure. I suggest you that you put very strong password and set google authenticator.

2FA regularly used by people to secure their wallet. The hacker will have need to fill it to be able to access your wallet. This means when you are wanna accessing your wallet and you must also put your pin as well. In my opinion if this is the strongest security to secure your wallet from the hackers. That has become a new standard when you are wanna trying to save any amounts from your wallets. I think that people are also using this security measure for their wallets.
If you are not using this and this is a big question for you whether you care with your money or not.

Using 2FA and pin can at least increase the security of your wallet but it doesn’t mean you’re invulnerable, hackers know how to decode so better not to trust any links and don’t ever download any files from unfamiliar emails, you still need to be careful.
Using 2FA and PIN is a strong bulwark of wallet security because there is no history of hackers successfully cracking 2FA and PIN access from other mobiles, that is to my knowledge. That it is necessary to protect the wallet take advantage of all the security features provided to protect the assets in the wallet.

Sorry for your loss and maybe you can try to use hard wallet next time to be more secured, this can still be one of the most secured wallet to store your crypto.
