I think i would not need to go that long. Cryptocurrencies are much more faster to move and grow. Based on the market value of crypto, what we are experiencing is normal and nothing to worry about. The recovery of this is as i assumed will be the same as it has for the past few years. Recovery always happen when the year comes to an end maybe when "ber" months come close.
I wish I was joking but this market will take at least 2 years to recover and build momentum again.

I don't think it will take 2 years to recover specially bitcoin. Cryptocurrency is different from stock market. The only affected by this are the ones who hold shitcoins from the beginning. This kind of FUD will not affect long time traders except to those who invest last quarter of the year. Market fundamentals have changed!
I'm agree with you. I have the same idea that the market needs more than 2 years to recovery as 2014 to 2017. When the market recoverd, blockchain technology will have the real power in the world.
It took an instant for it to fall, so why would the market take so long to recover. With such volatility, and so many factors at stake, one cannot declare anything with such certainty. The crypto journey has been long, finally gaining recognition, to the extent that the world had to get up and take notice. Now Depending on the result of These 'introductions', we will soon see the recovering face of crypto.
Is that so? how come it needs a very long time. I think that it will need around 6 or 8 months. Because its very common to see the market like this and when they reach bottom then they goes up right away.
Not sure about that because anything can happen anytime,it could be take forever or it might only take for about 2years or less but who knows what will happen? the market has high volatility and we shouldnt be expecting it will stabilize for a long period of time.We should have a mindset that there willl always be a some manipulations in the market.
Well 2020 is the next halving season, so yeah we'd expect that market to be bullish coming into that. If that doesn't set off a new bull run I don't know what will anymore.
I hope you are wrong. And I bet the market will be ok very soon, it may take 3 or 4 months, but for full recover it will take one year

it probably will not take that long because I see the price increase at the end of 2017 yesterday the price could touch $ 20k it seems to only take less than 1 year and if you want to do a price recovery you just need good news from bitcoin that can trigger a rise in price of bitcoin .
Well if it happens then it could be a very good news for the guys like me who were not ready when it happened in dec-2017 and will be ready and will have some stocks of coins for it to happen in 2 years. i think for me i would love this boost happening in 2 years time. anything earlier might not be that much profitable to me.
it is not going to happen and there is no fix time given in order for the market to recover. however this year is indeed verry different from the previous years because the market may seem to be always down and they arent recovering for quite a long time until they started to drop. but i dont beleieve it can take 2 years for them to totally recover from this red phase. may this is just a big manipulation by whales. ive been seeing news lately that whales are selling some of their holdings and probably this is still the after effects.
While we cannot really deny the challenges that crytocurrency market is facing right now, I believe that it's just in its normal series of wave corrections. But there's no where else for crypto to go but to the moon and I'm talking about a timeline of 4 months only. At lot of factors can really affect the performance of the crypto market capitalization but when people know the value of this coin, they will definitely resent themselve for not getting bitcoins when it is still under 100M.

If we see the market, it has been long time in red. It is quite difficult to see the market green. I hope it will not take too long to recovering all. Two years is a long term to wait.

Many users of crypto these days are hoping sooner than 2 years. But I think the advance tech of crypto could lead us to an even better crypto as we couldn't expect.

The cryptocurrency market is still a baby market. The recovery wouldn't take too much time like you envisaged. Many people lost money but I think the persons that lost money mostly invested into this space to make a quick buck and not for the technology itself. The result of this bear market is mainly bad news spreading all over the place. When the confidence is back, you would see crypto hit the roofs. Remember, a week in crypto is like 4 months on the traditional market.

Maybe you know more than me. I do not see even the obvious reasons that the market will recover, as it was adjusted by the big players who examined the cryptocurrency and realizing that it is not a cat in a bag, but a valuable currency, began to enter the market and control. Them with this currency even easier than with Fiat. Do not control the market, sit and wait for the jumps of the course.
I hope that it doesn't need 2 years to recover, I hope the history in 2017 will happen again. At least in the Q3 or Q4 2018 the price will recover. And I think everyone here hope the same thing.
