At least with their current condition being in the top 4 positions is a real possibility especially with their current condition which is 8 points adrift from second place actually for a championship position it is also possible to happen.
The problem that Napoli must solve now after taking the mid-season break is to keep its players from leaving during this half of the season.

They are currently in very good shape but retaining the players is definitely another issue here.
Now there are several players who are being targeted because of their current good performance so this could indeed be a big problem if their core players now leave.
At the moment it's not only Osimhem's problem but there are several other players who are eyeing and this is quite difficult even if they try to hold back but if the new club's offer is more attractive then it is likely that leaving is quite possible.
