Inter has good players but sometimes they fail to prove how solid the team is.
If we exclude Napoli, the difference between Inter and the other teams are negligible.
Now for Lukaku, he has lost his excellent performance once he moved out of Inter and he wasn't able to get it back and injuries made that just worse..
Dzeko, Martinez, Mkhitaryan, calhanoglu among the others are doing fine to make the club at this level but the fans expect more from them.

Napoli's main strength is the strong bond between the players. I'd say if Napoli can keep up this kind of performance they will be in contention for both the Serie A and Champions League titles. And this qualification they have this season.

The league will run more interesting when many teams take turns to become champions and also competitive competition without leaving points to be very far apart. Today we have seen that, especially last season where the title was decided in their last game between AC Milan and Inter Milan who had to fight to the last drop of blood. Competition like this is what we have been waiting for and want to see in a competition.

And I guess the AC Milan management is not expecting a good performance from Ibra either. Basically, Ibrahimovic is a good leader now. When he is with the squad, he can boost the morale of the players, and instill confidence in the players. And confidence is essential to consistently perform well.

Napoli has been a very strong team since the start of the season. And consistently they are able to win. And they are now 8 points ahead of second-placed Milan in the table. Closing this point gap is impossible if Napoli is able to continue their good form. But if Napoli loses Truck, Milan and Juventus will try to go to the top of the table.

Ibrahimovic can't play over 90 minutes against with Tottenham Hotspur on Champion League, I don't think he will be in starting eleven or line up name for Milan against with Spurs, have been over with Ibrahimovic era right now but he can be leader with Milan player. Milan still have Giroud and Divock Origi will be central forward and I don't see have opportunity for Ibrahimovic get or settle regular position.

He has chance for playing but several minutes only as substitute player not in starting eleven who play at the early minutes, for now, Ibrahimovic's presence is just a role model and motivation for Milan players to continue to perform consistently, Opportunities for Ibrahimovic to be able to appear regularly for Milan seem very difficult with several forward options currently owned by Milan.

It doesn't matter if Napoli can have a very wide points gap because if Napoli don't have a very wide points gap, then I think Napoli will be overtaken again. At least with Napoli having a very wide point gap later on then Napoli will win the title for sure and that will be interesting, because every season Serie A gets a new winner.
Because as time goes by, the three teams that previously won their Serie A title are slowly getting back up and will still be putting pressure on Napoli who are at the top of the standings.

Therefore, I personally hope that Napoli will be able to maintain their performance so that they continue to be strong at the top of the standings.
Because the league will continue and at least there is still a meaningful second half of the season, there is still no guarantee for Napoli to be able to win the title, unless Napoli already have points that can no longer be chased.

This season still has a lot of games left. no need to be too pessimistic for Milan to defend their title.
Napoli has won quite a few points with the consistency of their game. and of course lucky because the other team played quite badly at the start of the season.
