If you realize that inconsistency is happening to Milan as well and not only to Inter, because at the same time when Milan and Inter have weaker opponents they can end the match with a loss as well as a draw. So basically last season their inconsistency can be said to be balanced, so I can't agree if the inconsistency is only aimed at Inter. But however the season has passed and will start a new season in a few days, the preparations of the Serie A teams I think so far only Juventus has seen a major overhaul and I am looking forward to Dybala's performance at Roma under Mourinho.
Any Serie A fan or gambler who often takes advantage of the match will be well aware of it. The inconsistency of the Serie A team last season has made Milan win the title, but of course I believe Milan also has a good performance.

About this season there are a lot of teams that are starting to improve. Several new players have been signed and this will be good for Serie A as the title race will be intense. Roma in competition, Milan, Inter, Juventus and Napoli will also make Serie A even more interesting.

Not just Serie A amost all leagues do the same thing at least in the last 2 seasons or during the corona virus period
We see this season looking better every team prepares the mainstay player to take place in the standings

Mourinho is looking to build on last season’s performance and they are among the most active clubs in this season's transfer window. I think Mourinho is looking to add more attacking forces because of their involvement in many competitions. Tammy Abraham and Dybala cannot play all games because fatigue and injuries must set in at one stage for one of my then. Belotti will definitely fit in well because he has experience and I trust José Mourinho to bring out the best in him. Since Belotti is coming on free so it’s just salaries settlement that they will be think about. It’s a good business for Roma. I am expecting Mourinho to bring in more new faces to his squad before the transfer deadline.
Last season's performance wasn't bad at all for Mourinho and Roma, winning the European conference League for the first time to conclude the season. Building on this achievement from last season will do alot in boosting the team's moral and focus on the task and objectives for the coming season. Tammy Abraham and Dybala's combination will add more fire power to their attack and help them win games easier and comfortably.

Pogba chosen not to surgery, he will be out  5 weeks, it is a risky move but he want so save the mondial.
Firstly, I was wondering why they refused surgery for his knee injury. Yeah, this has been decided and I beliwve there has been a deep and enough considerations to take between its positive and negative sides for doing surgery.
Their decision to do treatment instead of surgery has been decided and this really makes Pogba to be absent at least for 5 weeks later.
Quote
Surgery seemed inevitable, but there were concerns removing part of the meniscus would damage the stability of the knee in future and not fully resolve the issue.

although there has been no significant improvement, Mourinho as a coach is preparing players who will make Roma return to good performance. Don't just focus on Dybala, there are other players who are expected to strengthen Roma like Andrea Belotti who has been offered a salary of 2.8 million Euros accompanied by bonuses based on performance every season. And Wijnaldum who is eager to join Rome with a permanent purchase option of 30 million Euros.

AS Roma 2022/2023 Official Transfer

Mile Svilar - Benfica
Zeki Celik - Lille
Paulo Dybala - Juventus

It is not a problem to sell a lot of players to get a few better, that is actually quite good approach and I like that. But the reality is that they haven't done a great deal for a long time. People still see Roma as the place that would require a lot more money to go to, and a lot less money to get out from. Many players were sold under their real value, and if you look at transfermarkt you will realize that they left a ton of money on the table.

This is why I believe that the best thing to do would be making sure that they are doing a whole lot better and not just now, because if they do not get any good results, they won't actually be doing that much better financially neither.

Mourinho can't keep forcing Tammy Abraham and Dybala to keep playing in all the games that Roma have played, injuries can happen at any time due to fatigue, I think the coach has to take that risk into account. Searching for the ideal substitute could give Tammy Abraham and Dybala fitness, in a game in Roma favour, Mourinho could play a substitute in the second half. Roma mission with Mourinho this season is clear, after having success in the conference cup last season, now Roma want to repeat success in other competitions.
Beloti will be a good addition, because he has lot of experience in Seria A, he scored lots of goals for Torino, don't know why they allow his contract to run down, and he  is also and Italy international with plenty caps and goals so he is suppose to be an instant hit, but I don't thin AS ROMA  should end there they should add more players especially there midfield, was suprise that Jose mourinho  is not going for ndombelle and locelso since Tottenham are looking for ways to sell them and both of them played better when under the Portuguese.

I cannot agree with you. I watched the gameplay of Serie A teams. There is no consistency in their performance. Last season Inter Milan dropped points against weaker teams in a few matches at the end of the season. If they hadn't dropped points against a weaker side, the Serie A champions would have been Inter Milan. Thus the performance of almost every team in Serie A is unpredictable. Often favorite teams lose points against weaker teams. I have lost many bets because of this.
The club that won the scudetto last season was AC Milan due to their long run winning games. It was really a difficult season for the the Rossoneri but they pushed hard and were consistent which actually made them been crowned the champions of the Seria A. However their rival, Inter Milan would have won the scudetto back to back but they failed to win games especially against small clubs which were no match for them. This season is going on be different but the ultimate champions, Juventus have gotten back to their heel and will be really active in the competition for the scudetto.

In my opinion, Roma next season will be different from Roma last season, although  at that time Mourinho entered in the middle of the season but he was able to maximize his modest players at that time but unexpectedly won the Conference league title, seeing Roma maneuvers this season in the transfer market, of course Roma will be better next season and I think for the current striker position it is enough because apart from dybala and tammy, Roma also have some other good strikers at the moment.
I do not share your optimism, Roma in this transfer market has not received any significant increase with which it could reach a new level. I'm not even sure that Dybala will be able to somehow significantly strengthen Roma's attack, he is certainly not a bad forward, but he is not a leader who can lead a team or a forward who can score in every match. And hoping that Mourinho will be able to create a miracle is also not worth it, this requires large resources, this has already been discussed more than once.

José Mourinho is the coach of Roma. Obviously, he’s going to know better about the team. But I think it was important for him to bring in a few more players in this transfer market. The team actually does not seem like they will be able to be very successful with this squad win at the same time their rivals are making pretty big changes. And another thing is Paula Dybala did not play very well in the last season and for a big part of the last season he was injured. So it is not guaranteed that he will play far better this season. But I do expect Roma to improve their performance.

This morning I saw the news that Pogba will meet with professor Sonnerri Cottet in Lyon today to decide whether to have surgery or not, but I don't see any continuation of this news yet. Apparently one of these days we will find out how he will act, but I assume that he will refuse the surgery and choose a conservative treatment that allows you to recover faster but involves re-injury and more risk.

Pogba should now plan for the long term. We haven't seen good performances from Pogba in the last few seasons. Now, if Pogba does not undergo surgery to recover quickly, then he will very easily face injuries in the future. This will not be good for his career. No renowned team will be interested in keeping Pogba in their squad if his fitness is not right afterward.

If he has to plan for the long term, then he should plan for the 2026 World Cup  Grin Obviously Pogba is not happy with this as he is interested in the upcoming World Cup. Apparently, the decision was postponed for one day. I still don't think it will be surprising: the ambitious Pogba decides to take the risk.

Serie A last season was also a fairly hot competition. now Serie A fans I think it's more like the Premier League. That's because it's not just the dominance of a handful of strong teams fighting for the title.
the club must have second-tier players who have the same qualities as their main squad. at least every position should have a proper replacement.
Not to mention, this season it looks like the players will also be bothered with the Qatar world cup agenda. It looks like the league schedule in Europe will clash with FIFA's agenda.
Serie A teams are not as strong as Premier League teams. There are few star players on the team. But the quality of the teams is almost equal. AC Milan, Inter Milan, Juventus, Napoli, Lazio, and Roma are all performing well. AC Milan, Inter Milan, and Napoli battled for the title last season. However, Juventus and Roma have strengthened themselves for next season. And so I think the next season will be more competitive than the last season.
Apart from Manchester City and Liverpool I don't think that there is any other epl teams that can stand head to head with the top Seria A clubs, Seria A clubs are also a strong team, what they just need is the zeal and morale to excel in European tournaments, Juventus had lots of stars when Cristiano Ronaldo was with them few seasons ago, still they got knocked out by Ajax who barely have a star player, team work is really important and continuity in winning, I guess that's what help Ac Milan back then when they were triumphant consistently in the European league

Roma really cannot continue to depend on their mainstay players. especially when they are injured, of course, it will affect Roma's performance. I think that's what happened to Roma in Serie A last season. and clubs and coaches should be aware of this and make an important decision in purchasing new players to back up players in the event of an injury.
Seria A is getting tighter, I don't think it's just Juve, Milan, and Inter anymore. Roma should be able to talk a lot about the race for the trophy.

actually can not be compared between prestigious leagues in Europe, but football lovers place the English Premier League as a reference for other leagues. That's a natural thing because the English Premier League presents a very hot competition and is very unpredictable compared to the League in Europe. But I have seen significant developments in the Serie A competition where the League is no longer dominated by one or two teams.
Talking about which one competitive between Primer League and Serie A exactly all vote will choose as Primer League, there are all team always have surprise result match, not ever big top fourth position like Manchester City, Liverpool, Chelsea and Arsenal or Tottenham Hotspur will easy winning from small team. But Serie A dominance only By Juventus, Inter and Milan, less time we saw small team can't defeated big top team and always fourth standing position never changed by Milan, Inter, Juventus and Napoli. Every weeks on Primer League always unpredictable who will win although with top team like Manchester City.

The Premier League has its own characteristics, as well as Serie A. Serie A representative teams do not always lose to Premier League teams and vice versa. The strength of the team depends on how far it can go in the Europa competition, if the Serie A Representatives can win the Champions League, it can be said that the Serie A Team is stronger than the Premier League team.

This season the competition for the Scudetto is not only dominated by Milan, Inter, Juventus and Napoli. Roma will try to get into the ranks of the teams competing in the top four. Mourinho is a very experienced coach, the rise of Roma will make other teams have to be wary of the new power Roma formed with Mourinho.
