It's really shocking to me, cause I never think Juventus can end up in the top 4, due to their poor starts in the beginning of the season. Though it's really encouraging for the fans and the players, their consistency have taken them to the top 4, and I think they can end up finishing above Napoli, cause Napoli have been inconsistent in their recent games.

What an incredible effort by Napoli there! They had one of their best games in this season today by destroying Sassuolo 6-1 home. Sassuolo were a tough team to beat in fact but they had really nothing to do against this version of Napoli. They were just unlucky to have this kind of a game against them. Because their previous game against each other didn't end like this. Napoli were in a bad form for some weeks and they played their best game here to make up for that a little. Maybe they won't have a chance for the title if we look at it realistically. But they are at least trying to keep their current place.

Inter lost a really unbelievable match and I am sorry to say but all the blame has to go to the Inter goalkeeper because that was a real howler by him. Those types of mistakes at this level of football are just not pardonable. And that is probably the moment where Inter might have lost the scudetto.

Right now the way I see it is that Inter has four easy matches in front of them which they should win but Milan has one or two hard opponents in the remaining matches and if they lose 1 I think Inter have a really good chance of winning the title and we have to remember Inter is also add on goal difference.

4 matches left = 12 points to grab, currently Juventus is leading against Roma by 8 points. Mathematically Juventus needs to gain 5 points in their last 4 remaining matches to secure the position in 4th but I believe they will try their best to win all the remaining matches in a hope that Napoli will lose some points so Juventus can take the 3rd position at the end of the season. Today Napoli will have to beat Sassuolo, a draw or a lose for Napoli means that they should be ready to get their position taken by Juventus tomorrow because I believe it wont be hard for Juventus to get full points against the bottom team Venezia.

The race for winning the league should be over for Napoli unless incredible "suicides" in the top from Milan and Inter.
I think they are in the situation now where they must be worried the most about losing the third spot over aiming for the Serie A.

3rd spot in the end of the season will give more prize money.

Only 4 more games are left and now the competition is getting tighter as only Inter and Milan are competing now.
Napoli have no hope now and they are best at defending the current 3rd position although indeed 3rd or 4th position does not make any difference because they still have a chance in the Champions League but for pride of course 3rd position is better.

I don't think that Napoli are in the title competition anymore. They have had really poor results in the recent weeks and they caused them to get away from Milan and Inter significantly. I must admit that it is still not an impossible thing to do mathematically. But it is always better to think sensibly rather than mathematically for this kind of situations. We have only two candidates for the Serie A title now: Milan and Inter. It is still too difficult to predict which one of them would make it precisely. But hopefully it can be Milan to achieve it as they haven't won any title more than ten years.
