So far Napoli success make wonderful start with seven match and win for all and now collected 21 point and have first position on table, I think too early to make decision Napoli is better than AS Roma although now Roma lost twice from seven match and only win for five match. But have lucky for Napoli without participant on champion league this season and just play on Europe league make them not really busy and Europe league is not their destination to be champion.
With the results obtained by Napoli so far, it can be said that Spaletti succeeded in replacing Gattuso's position, which was not optimal for Napoli last season so that he only managed to finish in 5th place. Spaletti is not a new coach like Gatusso, he is a coach who has given trophies
(if I'm not mistaken ) for AS Roma, although not a Serie A trophy, but it was enough to give the club something to be proud of. Perhaps, Spaletti can prove that he can bring Serie A title as his individual achievement this season.
It is always about the fit of the manager with the team and not the talent of the manager always. Of course there are bad managers, there is no arguing with that, but there are also times when the manager of a team doesn't fit that club and they end up underachieving as well.
I personally believe that is exactly what happened with Mourinho and Spurs last season, Mourinho is not a bad manager and we all know this, dude won so many things in his life, but last season with Spurs he was not good at all and he was manager of so many UCL winner level teams (or at least contending for it) and now he is managing a conference league level team just because he had some bad situations.
Gattuso may or may not be great, but it is obvious that he wasn't a great fit on that team, now we are looking at Spaletti and yes he is good but also he is a great fit at the same time.
