In reality, they are lucky enough still didn't have the matches against Inter Milan or AC Milan in the early of the season. I don't know if it can be said as a miracle or not. I think even they have good gameplay, they may lose points if they against a strong club like Inter Milan or AC Milan. These two strong teams also have good gameplay. Let's wait till Napoli meets Inter Milan or AC Milan, then we can conclude if they are really strong and have a great game play or not. However, so far, Napoli can continue to surprise us.

Napoli have to solve the pressure they have on the top of table. This season, they have less pressure because they won't play in Champions League. It will give them more concentration for Serie A. Playing in Champions League will make their players tired and have worse results in Serie A.I think Napoli have bigger chance to win Scudetto than any previous seasons, even when Higuain had excellent season with them.

I don't think that Napoli's situation now is a miracle. They have a really decent game plan which helps them win their games one by one a lot. But I must admit that I have never seen them this strong for a long time. Winning the first seven games is a really tough job for every team in the league. They will stumble at some point of course but I don't think that it will be the Torino game which is the next one.
And yeah, Milan are also likely to win the title as their performance is very good. They won 6 games and draw with some club once. Honestly, I would really like to see Milan winning the trophy after many years.

Few calling currently it's miracle and few calling it's extraordinary but as you mention surely we will watch them in big matches how they are going to perform they have 9th round match on 24th October against Roma this will surely be going to be one of the best match as Roma under Mou also doing some good performance and Napoli is running for break their record of 10 consecutive wins in start of season.Before talking about the "miracle" Napoli I want to wait for some big matches.

Napoli's record against Roma is very good but still this could be big test case for them as they can go for some big or no because right now their performance is massive surprise many football fans around the world.
5 wins and 2 defeats are proof that Mourinho's magic can affect Roma this season. But I believe the quality of the players will greatly affect Roma's performance this season even though Mourinho is one of the experienced coaches. So far I haven't seen how Roma play, but it seems they have a good defense too based on the match stats.

Since last year,when they won the Italian league,Milan have been dominating,They are really proving to be the champions and are ready to retain it.From their back to their front line,Milan looks really good this season,and we hope that form continues.
I think the main reason why they have been in this good form is because they have good team spirit and team work,being ready to fight to the end of every game,having the mindset of dominating and winning the game.
Milan's big motivation is to defend the title that has been obtained. I predict that Inter will win this match against Lazio.
