If you think that Napoli have already dropped out of the title race, then this is a mistake. Yes, they are 4 points behind the leader (if you take into account the game in the hand), and 3 points behind the second place, but in previous rounds we have already seen how Inter and Milan lost points in matches with clearly weaker teams and this could happen again. There are 10 rounds to the end of the championship and at such a distance an advantage of several points does not mean that you are guaranteed the championship.
This season's title race in serie A are so unpredictable as we get used to see juventus domination over the last 10 years where the scudetto often decided before the whole matches of the season played , even a couple matches after the middle of the season in january or february!
Well at least i feel entertained with these tight competition, napoli are indeed still in the title race even i's say juventus still had that a piece of hope there.
If Juventus become champions after such a season, it will be complete madness. Although I still think it's mathematically impossible.
After a significant victory over Napoli AC Milan become the leader of the Serie A point standings. At the top first ranked give them leader just as temporary, however they need to keep up with it to make it permanent. Congratulations 3 precious point from Napoli, though high tension throughout the match. Fans still hope for the title, but to be champions they need to keep winning next 10 games. I would say, keep it up.
I am sure that none of the top three (and four, too, if you remember about Juventus) will not get a 100 percent result in the remaining games. I think that even the best team of these 4 will lose at least 5-6 points. But with the distance to the end of the championship shortening, these three points have undoubtedly become precious for Milan and gave them a good advantage over Napoli.
