It is no wonder why even many Italian soccer players have gotten the virus,Italy is so far the European country with most infections. If they don’t close everything down except the indispensable activities things are going for the worse.
Italy is still a country that is feeling a huge impact due to the spread of COVID-19, with 80589 cases and 8215 fatalities.  Serie A became the first league to make the decision to postpone a series of competitions, and currently there is no clarity about the next steps to be taken to complete the 2019/20 season competition series.

The President of the FIGC (Italian Football Association), Gabriele Gravina, still has hopes that a series of domestic competitions in Italy in the 2019/20 season can be completed.  Gravina hopes the Serie A competition can resume in July or August 2020, depending on the conditions in the country.

@AakZaki yea Italy’s been hit really hard and I’m not even sure how they’ll recover post this virus mess, but I’m hoping that somehow they manage to recover and things become normal out there soon. Also as far as the league is concerned I don’t think it’ll resume anytime soon or even in June, because the new season begins in August and therefore they’ll have no option but to declare this season null and void.

I also believe that in the near future there will be more Juventus players who will be positive for the virus, I believe most of those who did the training together with Dybala, when they heal sports performance will return as before, not only in Italy but also in France and Spain the virus situation is worsening, the situation of the Italian soccer championship for this year is uncertain, perhaps it will end like this and will resume next year...

They did a double test on the entire Juventus' staff, around 140 people.

Found positive:
Matuidi, Rugani, Dybala.

The others have been found negative.

^  I heard Dybala caught it too.  Sucks...  Just shows how anybody could get it anytime no matter how fit you are.  Stay safe out there guys.

I think that more players of Juventus are going to be positive in coronavirus in the near future.
as Rugani was positive in the beginning of the coronavirus journey we are going to see more players being positive.
I hope this is not going to affect their health and their football performance.

I know that someone already broke the news about Paolo Maldini testing positive with the Coronavirus but I just want to say that this might be one of the worst things that happened to Paolo. Paolo had his days numbered in Milan because he have sided with Boban rather than Gadiz and the owners so this was supposed to be his last season as the director of football for the team. He'll be fired by his only team when he was a player and just to make things worst his own heir to Milan, Daniele Maldini, also tested positive with the virus. As a Milan fan this is really a devastating news for me and now I'm really hoping for Italy's situation not to get worst anymore.
They are young enough and strong enough to fight against the virus and win at the ends but I am really worry about the other members of Paolo Maldini. They are elderly and if they get infected, it will be not too good. I also wish best things to come for the Italy in the next one month. Just a several days ago, I read a news that there are about 5 thousands medical staffs in Italy have been infected by the virus due to the serious lack of PPEs. That's the worst thing in the pandemic, massive infected patients and the number of medical staffs have declined due to infections.

Italy has the worst virus outbreak in Europe so far although France is catching up in a spooky way too. Many Italians have not obeyed the government rules and while they keep underground trains operative in Milan the situation is going from bad to worse.Yesterday Italy Prime Minister called for a total lockdown in order to fight the virus. It is no wonder why even many Italian soccer players have gotten the virus,Italy is so far the European country with most infections. If they don’t close everything down except the indispensable activities things are going for the worse.

By now, Juventus has three players were infected with the virus: Rugani (the first one), Matuidi and Dybala. Not only Dybala but also  his girlfriend were infected too. Fortunately, they are currently well, and self-isolated at their home. The good news is test result for CR7 is negative. I know result can change next few days or weeks with another retest but for now, CR7 is fine.

Stay inside, obey the lockdown, and being safe out there guys. I pray for the Italy, you all, and the world.

Paulo Dybala is also positive with his girlfriend to coronavirus.

Damn lot of good players from Juventus are getting infected Cry, First Rugani, then Blaise Matuidi and now their star player Paulo Dybala. Hope he comes out of it soon.

since a percentage of the Italian population has been infected by the virus it is logical that many players have also been infected, the strange thing and that they are all without symptoms, in your opinion they will all accept the reduction of 30% of their engagements to help their clubs ? ...

That's what the virus is. Person infected will have 1-14 days of fever or will become sick. After that, they would start showing symptoms. In players case I would say only mild fever or symptoms would occur. Only ones who are getting in worst situation are old people or who are already with some disease.

@Avirunes he’ll be all right as most of the patients who have got it are experiencing mild fever and cough only, and those who have lost their life’s were also suffering from hyper tension, diabetes and high blood pressure, and I believe this all also could be a cause for their death but the media is refusing to focus on that. Also it’s pertinent to note that more people are recovering than they’re dying, so let’s take a moment to pray for those who’re infected and I hope they come out stronger out of this.

Smart is not enough, there must be skills
The atmosphere in Italy is very tense because with this outbreak only in the worst-hit Italian country in Europe many have contracted and died, Italy is in dire need of medical personnel and donations for this outbreak and there are several Serie A players affected and this is one of the the worst disaster.

Paolo Dybala and Maldini are positive at Covid-19

Considering ALL of italy is under threat of corona, it is not a shock that it could pass from anyone to anyone. The bigger problem being not really knowing if you have it or not is also plays something here. I mean if he wasn't tested he wouldn't even know he was sick, thats really scary. Anyone in italy could get corona at any moment, right now it is a bit better I am sure but from what we hear it looked like there was a huge trouble for a while where anyone could have gotten it, and many people got it exactly at that time.

In other words, italy is on fire, of course some will get burned. We should stop caring about who gets burned and who doesn't and focus on throwing out the fire so we can actually focus on healing back because as soon as we stop putting it out for a while we get more burned people at that moment. Serie A is literally the last important thing in italy right now, there are literally a million more important things, I rather see corona end today and not watch football again for 10 years if I had that chance.
