Was just database timeouts - no restart.
If the web server loses connection with the back end server, you get a build up of timeouts until it can renegotiate the connection.

The timeouts have continued on and off for a number of hours now - until finally the provider said that there is indeed a network problem with their servers in Silicon Valley (where the web server is)
Hopefully they'll sort it out soon.
Mining is, of course, unaffected.

So this will be the next server I'll move over to AWSLS some time in the next week.

The AWSLS servers have indeed shown very good network reliability.
There have been some AWSLS failovers, but none so far, for an extended period of time caused by them.
