does not accept the last 3 hours of zpool.ca displays that accepted from me share's

last "Earnings" at me are dated 3 hours ago
in the section "Miners" at all Rig's = 0

Is just me or the website totally borked now? I lost 3 hours mining Phi into fresh air earlier and now I haven't had any earnings for the last 2 hours with blake2s. It still shows my worker as online even although I have switched to another pool because my nerves can't handle this uncertainty.

how can I get pool support reply to me? is there an email that I can send to? because posting support ticket in this forum does not really get followup by their support. I have posted my issue 2 days ago, but no solution given by their support team.

I'm away travelling BTC payouts will resume Friday night. They require manual approval which I can't access at the moment do to my own misconfiguration.

Hi crackfoo,

Already on 0.00280901, are you sending out payouts?

Sorry newbie here.

You quoted him saying that due to an error he would send payments on Friday.  Since today is Thursday and not Friday, its probably safe to say that he is not *yet* sending payouts.  I've been mining on Zpool for a few weeks (so still a newbie) but everything eventually gets paid.  There have been some front end hiccups and this payment hiccups, but still totally worth it to me for the returns vs other pools I've tried.

Happened to me.  I changed my setup to have the c=BTC at the end and a new address worked from the first connect.  Then a few days later the abandonned BCH address was changed to BTC automatically (or someone did it but didn't contact me).  So in short, try putting c=BTC at the end and also try a different address (I used the same wallet, just generated a new address)

I have c=BTC set but they didnt change the BCH address for me.
When they changed your BCH address to BTC, did the mined coins got there? Because I've been mining all day using c=BTC. Would like to see the profits from that.

Yes, it was just dust because I moved addresses as soon as I saw the issue, but when it was fixed the balance moved over.

hello, the pool has not been paid for me more than two days
my btc address  1EVWUKdBqSNCagGX2mMAnzU7ywuy3k3MJP
Please help me.
please, look up and read.  This was just discussed.

As a suggestion to @crackfoo, maybe add a banner on top of zpool.ca website of any news/update/issues because not everyone reads every comment on this thread or see's your twitter. That way, they are aware of stuff instantly when they check their miner on your site.

Something like this as an example of how http://pool.hashrefinery.com does their news/update/issues. See their top bar? They update that with any news/update/issues from time to time.

The pool stats are coming back online as the admin is resyncing the servers, looks like earnings were OK and it was just the frontend reporting.
Live status is on the discord support channel.

what he said. slave db's got hung up on a bad entry and re-synced now. All is well.

So my miners were working fine, and now all of a sudden they are not showing their hashrates on zpool - however we are seeing they are active locally (I.e. ccminer). Can you look in to this please @crackfoo? Thanks! http://zpool.ca/?address=38L1mGih6dwow4orfPdJP4RKnhfJUGqHVX

Same here.  On one post someone mentioned that happens when the DB tables are backed up, as someone else posted it usually clears itself up.  The miners are working, its just the front end that appears off.
