I double checked that I am mining to my BTC wallet from coinbase. Even created a new address. However zpool insists that I am mining to a BCH wallet and shows me a warning message that I need to switch to BTC.

what does it suppose to mean?

address and I can fix it.

hi, it is spider703, i need your help.
an intruder has broken into my account, and now my account has been switched to read mode, I changed passwords on the forum and mail, only I have access to the account. You could not support me with a positive response to the topic https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/hacked-my-account-2801464
I for a couple of months helped people push their transactions in the topic https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2455333.3280
if it is not difficult to support positive comments so that I can unblock the answer mode

thanks for the reply. Its awesome that you supply this service to us. Thanks for stating that you have no intention of paying us what you owe unless we actually do more work and you take another % off that. Im sure that you guys are still collecting your 2% no matter if the coins are there or not.

So saying that. WIll you take all the coins owed and give us the BTC equiv or do we just have to suck it up as a loss and switch to btc and just hope someone will mine enough of X coin to get paid?

And what were to happen when you decide the algo/coin isnt worth it and drop it? IS it gone?

It seems from the reactions in other places that you guys maybe a little on edge.

Non-BTC payouts depend on that coin being mined as your BTC balance is traded internally by our system to your currency of choice. If we have not or are not mining that currency your payouts will be delayed until the pool has mined the blocks for you to get paid. If you notice in the pools status that the currency is red, it means there is not sufficient amount of the currency to pay miner(s). It's recommended to use BTC as any other coin could be removed at anytime and payouts will not occur.

...

BTC is the only guaranteed payout currency

Yet another way of saying this is that, being paid out in anything other than BTC is at your own risk.

If I'm being paid out in an alt and I start to build up a large balance, and then that pool has issues, or the pool's balance of that coin becomes insufficient to make the next payout, etc, then I stop my miner and change my payout to something else until the situation is corrected. If I don't do that, I have no one to get angry at but myself.

While i understand what you are saying the amount i was owed has been there since before the coin was "out of stock" the mining i did for whatever algo was paid to someone else and i have nothing. If they would give me what the current coins are worth in btc i would be fine with it but im getting alot of you SOL LOL from the pool.

When you're under-guessing my performance my share % also decreases.  There are never any changes in my console to substantiate these radical and frequent drops of performance.  My submitted shares and hashrates remain consistent.

Even if your number of submitted shares remain consistent, if everyone else submits a higher percentage of shares for that block than usual, or if more miners come onto that pool because of a profitability spike, your % is going to decrease for that block. Mining involves luck. Both at the pool level and the individual level. Some blocks you get lucky, some blocks you get unlucky.

The hash rate on the site is merely an estimate based on submitted shares. Thus, it makes sense that if your rigs get unlucky and post fewer shares over a period of time, the hash rate estimate is going to trend downward. But, the hash rate in no way affects your payout. You're paid based on submitted shares for found blocks, relative to the number of everyone else's submitted shares. That's it.

they're all listed on the main page.
Do you select the exchanges with the lowest value when converting???

Because I was mining CANN with X17 when both coins were the same value on Bittrex and getting a 2:1 conversion rate.

this is an exchange pool. Everything you mine is pegged to exchange prices.
Which exchange?

Also, where do the earning for my missing hashes go when zpool is under-guessing my performance by as much as 50%?

they're all listed on the main page. Nothing goes missing, we count shares.

Can you please comment on why your pool seems to be rude and banning anyone who brings up the fact that you owe alot of coins for payment and are asking if they will be getting paid? It just seems like now that you took nicehashes miner and forked it slapped your logo and added "dev" fees that your focus has changed.

For those of us who have tried to bring this up in private can we please get an explanation as to why you guys have been aggressive when this topic has been brought up? 50k lux is over 1 million USD unpaid to miners and its obvious its either a) a bug 2) mis-represented 3) everyone is mining everyting but lux and being paid out in lux. If thats the case why cant the other coins be converted to lux manually so lux can be paid out?

Also it seems like when i mine a 20 cent coin and convert it to a 10 cent coin i only get 1.2 coins of 10 cent for every 2.2 coins of 20 cents. This adds up and is very confusing.

It's called the miners multipool. I'm not here to run to the markets and buy a bunch of shitcoins to fill your coffers when some cowboys over mine the shit out of it. If they couldn't take the time to stop their miners and run the deficit, you expect me to run out and buy them?

No, sorry.

With Bitcoin now on a separate schedule from the rest of the pool, I'm going to make payouts every 4 hours now and bump the minimum to 0.05.

Bitcoin payouts will remain once a day with 0.01 min and 0.0025 low ball.

Thanks for that explanation.  I was just noticing this.

- Problem solved.  Smiley

Hey, all you Yescrypt & M7M "datacenter" miners - check this out:

https://github.com/MalthraxCrypto/stratum-proxy/releases/tag/v0.8.1.1-malthraxcrypto

I forked Stratehm's stratum proxy code and added a few extra options to increase the connection timeout.  Been running it non-stop for over a week now with no issues and no lost shares.

Rather than pointing your hundreds & thousands of VM miners directly at ZPool's stratum ports and flooding us small guys out, why not use a Stratum Proxy instead?  Point all your 100H/sec VMs at the proxy, and point the proxy at Zpool.  That way it'll consolidate tons of low H/s connections into a single high kH/s connection!

Maybe we can go from 20,000+ connections down to a more reasonable 5-600 instead.

Can anybody tell me why are all the pools payouts so low compared to other sites? I'm scratching my head here.
I have noticed that too.
