when doing airdrops, You should also have a seperate password from your main password which you use in exchanges. because some airdrops are already phishing the hell out of newbies
Good one. I use random passwords for this kind of purposes and save them to browser password library. Always be prepared that anything can happen, it could be upsetting or could be overwhelming. In crypto world there a lot of doors open to become wealthy, but on the other hand you have to be prepared that it is possible of losing too, that is the reality in crypyo industry. You must be a risk taker in joining crypto world😊

2. Do check their Team members, try to find their social accounts and do some background about them and their past experience.
3. Check out their Roadmap, check out discussion of projects on bitcointalk,reddit,telegram and other social channels.
4. Check their partnership details. Try to contact their partners to confirm it.

Really appreciate your hard work. Despite so much odds, ICOs in Q1 of 2018 have generated more funds then total ICO capital generated in 2017. This is an indication of the fact that people still believe and have confidence in ICOs investment. Although many ICOs prove to be a scam or are left alone after an ICO failed to meet the soft cap target, it's also true that many have made fortunes with ICOs.
The only way to avoid an ICO scam is to do research and above-mentioned points are a good way to start your research. To avoid all sort of risk invest in regulated ICOs. Its a matter of both luck and your precaution that will ultimately result in your successful ICO investment.

For me it is very difficult to choose a good ico and fail, but after reading the tread above I get a little science.I'm only interested in a lot of gifts.
I think one should search the market by himself. So he will be relaxed about the projects and the scope of specific currency. In my eyes the most important thing is the trend of the people. When more and more people are investing in a coin it means that it is authentic and it will grow more in the future. But for it knowledge and regular study of the market is necessary

The information you shares will help a lot especially for the new comers in crypto world. It is true that there's so many fake, scammers and great pretender roaming around to take advantage on us. If we are not familiar with the proper set up of what an ICO should be, we might be get fooled. They can copy and imitate exactly the full concept of a certain ICO just to have an access from the participants. I have once encountered an ICO which I am about to participate. All their social media accounts are inactive. I have also received a personal email convincing me to support their project and to contribute a required Ethereum amount. Because of this consecutive impostors, I patiently studied the trend of different ICOs. Starting from top to bottom and searched every single details. We should be more censorious to avoid fraud. These are the few important things that I have learned.
From my experience I can say that it's better to take those ICOs which do not have a bounty program or it is scanty. These projects are self-assured!
