At real no. Can you publish your debug log ? Address ? Have you try to restart with "-rescan" option ? Have you check if TOR started right ?
Really I need informations, tell only "I don't stake" don't help very much.
I checked the tor.log file and it appears Tor is not starting. The log looks like this:
