All seems well but from my personal experiences Kucoin exchanges support system is too slow and unresponsive. In their chat system they have got only one person and he is Mr Sandy. I do not know whether he is a live person or an automated ChatBot I had interacted many times with Kucoin chat and every time he only shows up and his responses are just automated and looks as if he is taking random answers from their support database. When support website of Kucoin is contacted even their response also is not satisfactory Also they are not true and abiding to their own statements. For example, let us take one issue, here as follows :
Kucoin has issued statement that they will support all types of forked tokens in their statement as per the following link dated 14 December 2017 :

I hold around 9 LTC on Kucoin exchange on that particular date and block height. I am supposed to get approximately 90 LTC Cash as per hard fork policy. But neither we received an announcement when Kucoin is issuing us LTC Cash nor I received the LTC Cash. When enquired with Mr. Sandy over support chat he told he do not have any idea about the hardfork nor he had seen any announcement about it. When I had given the above references to it, it told that he had nothing to do with it and that is under business team purview. When I had insisted that the matter be raised with Business team by quoting above references, there is no response from it.
After that I had sent an email with the same references to support staff they had also claimed there is no such announcement. It is really surprising that a major hardfork of the fifth largest cryptotoken (LTC) had taken place and an esteemed exchange like Kucoin does not have a clue about it and they are trying to shrug off their shoulders.
Again when I had given them their own website announcement regarding the support for all type of forked tokens as per the above links then they said that they will support all types of forked tokens and they will forward the matter to relevant team for further action but after that no response from them
Now my points are :

2. The hard fork of LTC to LTC Cash took place at blockheight 1371111. This Kucoin is not aware of and they are keeping silent. Really ridiculous that an esteemed exchange like Kucoin does not know what is going on with the fifth largest LTC crypto and they are contradicting their own statements.
3. Now users like me have parked their LTC in exchange. And as per fork policy we are supposed to get 10 LTC Cash for every i LTC held. If Kucoin do not support LTC Cash hardfork, (if they do not, then they are contradicting their own statement of permanent support to all types of forked tokens. They are making false and misleading statements so that customers will get lured to them) then where those forked tokens go ? Are they in the pockets of Kucoin or with LTC / LTC Cash developers (founders) ? They are supposed to belong to investors since it is their property.
Finally, I request KUcoin to immediately release proportionate LTC cash (ten in number to one LTC held) to all LTC holders in Kucoin exchange at the time of fork (including me ,
[email protected]), afterall it is their money and not Kucoin's. By doing so they will not contradict their own statement of permanent support to all types of forked tokens.
