I have recently seen where bounty hunters were asked to present identifying documents.  Am really against kyc because one of the reasons I joined crypto was the anonymity which it provides. But sadly that's gently creeping away.

Now this KYC has come into airdrops. Imagine am to submit my ID to some I don't know which planet he or she or they are from for some pennies worth tokens.

It's terrible and this is a bad precedence these people are setting.

If as a community we do not say no to this,  then it would become the norm.

Let me ask you first.do you know how many cheaters try to cheat airdrop everyday ?
I think its good for ico ask kyc for every bounty and airdrop.
I also really upset with how cheaters make fair player loss their opportunity to gain more stake or token or coin.
If you don't like it,just leave it and find another airdrop that not ask for kyc.

In my KYC in airdrop it is already superfluous, it makes no sense, payments are mostly several times less than in bounty companies!

In my opinion KYC in airdrops is not a necessary thing mostly because airdrop must be the way to get crypto with easy steps.... KYC makes this process more difficult.

Really it's very terrible to see such things happening to bounty hunters. KYC has actually defeated the doctrine of anonymity in the crypto environment but there's nothing we can do now because many bounty hunters are already complying with the standard set by these people because of our desperate human nature.

KYC for the Airdrop campaign is unreasonable. Sometimes there are many scam projects and they can steal people's information for bad intentions

Not a chance would I do KYC for a shitty little airdrop to make $1 if I'm lucky. These are just random people on the internet who collect the passport/driving licence of 1000s of people lol, it's bad enough having to do it for successful ICOs.

KYC in bounty campaigns, I can still understand, but in the airdrops this is too much. It is better not to take part in such projects.

This is indeed a bad precedence, I definitely going to say no to this, and everybody should say no to this kyc thing, but still people falls into this for a pennies, they are going to regret this later, anyway some people are cheating and submit other people's documents or they create a bogus ID.

It's a cheap way for companies to gather data from their users. You give up your personal information in exchange for cheap or worthless tokens and you do this at free will. In our opinion most Airdrops and Bounties should be avoided in general, but those which require KYC definitely should be skipped. Your personal information is worth a lot more than that !

KYC is required when you are making coin purchase of reasonable sums as to ensure ownership. Requesting for KYC at Airdrops should be discouraged.

I also believe that kyc is not needed. We survive without it before. So why using it now. I don't think it's for security purpose. It's an added burden to us. We have so many tasks in our daily life so why adding more if we can survive without it.

It'a joke. People are coming to crypto to protect their personal data and send their docs to everyone every day to get some scam tokens.

Many people do not like KYC, but it is a solution for crypto to be recognized by the world. Then KYC could be needed only in bounties to determine if you are a real person, so you can invest. But anybody can create shitcoin and an airdrop for it. So why should i give them my personal info. I prefer to stay anonymous in the net. So don't promote this trend. Just don't participate.

I think if airdrop asks KYC it is a very unreasonable thing, because airdrop is just a free coin that has a value of only $ 30 .. since a few months ago a lot of airdrop scam and now they ask for our identity
Yes, it takes a little money, so I think it would not be worth the effort to do this, with KYC not for Bounty or airdrop. I think KYC only applies to investors with such large capital will be more reasonable. But actually some Bounty or airdrop still applies KYC to campaign participants.

Do you think there will be a person who will say that this is good? Believe me, if there is such a person, he will obviously be a developer, because the recipients of airdrops clearly do not want to verify their identity.

Airdrop is just a small amount of free coin for each individual. Why do people need kyc documents? When you join the facebook campaign some personal information is there then kyc needed? This is really quit unexplained and we do not know if they really hold our personal documents confidentiality. If it does not change, hoping there is evidence to sign that our personal data will not be provided to partners or other ICO projects.
Most of us doesn't want to subject with KYC procedure of some airdrops and bounties, but sometimes there are good projects that are worth submitting with. I think we just have to read the project and the websites for us to made the decision if we are going to participate or not. If it's a bounty or investments in ICO, then it would be reasonable if you need KYC. of course, this also viewed from the payment received is also great

i think kyc prosedure is a must for filter greedy person, so distribution of the token can be done with fair.
I don't really understand why an airdrop requires you to provide them will your identity while some of them don't even have the team information on their website or ann. I can understand if it's for bounty because the reward is quite a lot. There are many scams airdrop and I dont think their is needed Kyc just to received the free token. Better thinks more before you joined this kind of airdrop

KYC could be needed only in bounties to determine if you are a real person, so you can invest. But anybody can create shitcoin and an airdrop for it. So why should i give them my personal info. You should never join an airdrop with KYC. Don't ever exchange your personal information for a silly airdrop that you are not sure if it will have a value in a future or not
