Sometimes it is justified due to legal reasons and attorney's opinion. Even if you don't like it. They just don't want to give money to people that are in the international AML lists, and that makes sense. Plus it is an income, and in most countries this income would be taxed. I repeat: I don't like it, most of the bounties I've done have not asked this to me, but it may be justified sometimes depending on legal advise of the ICO. But they should state this clearly before joining, and not after you've done the work. So you can choose whether to join or not.

IMO Im just a little bit disagree with KYC of bounty hunters that announced before payment. it will be a little fair if they inform this at the beginning of the bounty start, not after all work finished. KYC is a good for investors because they are involved their money into this, but for the bounty hunters I think it is should not.

Bounty programs are asking bounty hunters to do KYC before they are paid for work done . What do you think of this development.

I think KYC is applied as part of cryptocurrency and investment regulations in some countries a new rule imposed by a project and I think it will make it difficult for gift campaign participants to join this project because I do not think all campaigns require KYC.

I think it's good.Because spam will be reduced through the KYC.Had been more spam before. Now everyone is being warned because of the KYC.But the bad effect of the kyc is, whether our information keeps them safe!!!
It may be useful, but it's still personal information... I don't care for what purpose and who will see my information. This is my personal information, which I do not want to share. I have to suffer a lot of losses because of the fact that KYC is announced at the end. If you think it's stupid, then I also see Senior members giving up KYC and losing space sums. It's wrong.

I just hope that our personal information will not be used in something that will harm us all. Doing KYC for bounty hunters should be done, but there should be limit regarding personal informations.

This is precisely one of the problems posed by amazix. What do they guarantee us?

As specified in post and the one following that, KYC procedures will be clarified in time: "The exact and final process for KYC for participants will likely only be confirmed after we complete our own assessments and legal input."

Whatever it is, however, you should rest assured that our KYC processes will be compliant with accepted privacy laws in relevant jurisdictions. Your consent and full disclosure of  how to access and/or remove your personal information after completing KYC, will always be ensured.

You must understand that we are implementing KYC not simply because of fraud but to ensure industry and regulatory compliance. This is as much to protect partners as it is to protect participants like yourselves because you will be receiving tokens and we want to ensure you receive them as compliant participants as well.
I really want to see how all this will be realized. Amazix are very serious guys, I think they will do everything well!

it is likely that the rules made by bounty organizers so that there is no legal problem that prohibits people from following the crypto transactions such as America and China. if you are not ready to follow kyc you can ask before participating in bounty.

I may be like many people here expressing my protest against the KYC process of investors, because in my view, these are not legal acts related to bounty hunters.

Personally, I think the participants file personal identification documents is useless for, the advantage of this being with hackers with an additional award - the reward is the information of dozens thousands of investors.

Bounty programs are asking bounty hunters to do KYC before they are paid for work done . What do you think of this development.

Most Bounties required KYC due of many bounty hunters are greedy in enrolling multiple accounts and this is the one way to avoid cheating and multiple accounts but some reasons is the country ICO's located is needed KYC cause their banks requires KYC for some legal issues.
I think it would be too much. It's become normal that mostly ICO's are asking now to verify your identity. But it's really sensitive information and I'm not giving it to every random ICO. But if Bounty campaign participants are asked to verify identity, I would skip that campaign. There are so many scam or shady bounties and it's likely that they may use our personal information for a bad things. And even if they will pay out, I think it's not worth to sell our sensitive personal information for some tokens.

These bounties are a Scam and specifically say this not from the start of the bounty company.I believe that this is a terrible trend and an attempt not to give the promised tokens.

But sometimes only in the end of bounty campaign managers announce that all participants need to pass KYC for have some rewards.
Yes, I have seen several campaigns requesting KYC after the end of the campaign. It is good to understand that the project has implemented legal issues with the laws enacted for different projects. That shows the focus and seriousness of the project.

KYC is ridiculous for crypto.  You can't trust a stranger with your personal information, then it may end up on  the blackmarket in hands of some evil people.

I think this they do to prevent multy accounts from joining in a project, this will be very detrimental to bounty participants, so as long as it's good then I will support it

I don't like KYC, but if it really needed to get my rewards in bounty campaigns I pass the KYC.

Well, I am working for a software editor. When I talk with the finance sector, they are all going for KYC solution. And the regulation at all level require often to be compliant or regarding implementation of new rules in specific sector.

All-encompassing blockchain trading platform

Hello Bounty Hunters!

Bithemoth

Now although we don't have an MVP available to the public yet, we do have our beta exchange almost complete. Screenshots of our exchange will be released this week. Check out our ANN thread in the meantime, which has our Bounty Program linked, we won't disappoint!

https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/annicobounty-bithemoth-exchange-an-all-encompassing-exchange-platform-3311741

At Bithemoth, we're developing an all-encompassing trading platform.

Here is what sets us apart from the existing platforms:

  • We plan to streamline signup process. Too many exchanges have created so many hoops for users to jump through in order to use their exchange
  • Our UI will be very clean. This is a main focus for our platform. Existing exchanges can be very confusing for users new to the crypto space.
  • The in-house portfolio management allows users to easily assess their investments with features such as average buy cost, current value, cumulative portfolio performance, and more.
  • It’s well known that the support systems that exchanges have setup are highly inefficient and frustrating for users. We will have dedicated systems in place to ensure users have no issues when utilizing our platform. Along with that, we’ll have multilingual support.
  • All the features we support on our platform will have a video explanation ensuring smooth trading
  • We will introduce fiat to crypto transactions and vice-versa
  • Mobile App
  • Marketplace where users can use crypto/fiat to buy products and services
  • An integrated specialized hardware wallet for users to store all their assets
  • Bithemoth payment cards – this is expected to be integrated within the first 2-3 years of operation
  • Brick and mortar locations that allow people to come in, speak with our team, learn more about the crypto space, learn how to get started with our exchange. Pretty much an educational service

Those are the main features, there are small things that I always forget about! But it’s all in our whitepaper. With a partner like ReddCoin, and the other projects we are currently in talks with regarding a partnership, you do not want to miss out on this opportunity.
