I think that this is not very convenient for the participants of these programs, since the system itself provides for anonymity, and people should exhibit here for show .. not quite an honest system, but what can you do about it

In my opinion it is a good developement, because the business comes more and more serious, so more rules are to be observed.

I dont like it, and many people here dont like it either, there is no reason for bounty hunters to take kyc, it is only for investors, bounty hunters must remain anonymous.
and what? It's really easy to pass the KYC. If you want to earn by Bounty, for you it will be not a problem )
I have experience before one of the ICO that they ask my bank account number and history which is too much for a KYC.
KYC could be good to control cheaters but it could be use by a cheaters to use your identity in cheating.

even i do not like this trend at all, you never know where the documents sent via internet end up (sold on the darkweb?) and then do not know enough people who ask these documents a team of an ico never seen and known by anyone i personally do not ever make bounty that require kyc
I'm against KYC. It seems to me that this contradicts the anonymity in crypto. I'm afraid to send my personal data to developers of some projects.
I'm doing a bounty and I want to say that this is a good lesson. Of course ,those who are just beginning to develop in this direction need to be careful. Very carefully choose the projects in which you are going to participate otherwise you may stumble upon deception. I lead an average of 25 bounty and want to increase the amount of work! i think it is unfair ,if it was not said before bounty programm begins,first of all bounty payments arent that big for doing kyc. Some ICOs even do not ask for KYC if investment below 5 eth 
LCCX Exchange also wants KYC from the Bounty people. But they got very little money and no project. And the CEO is also not well rated at google. And that's where you're supposed to send all your data? That's very risky if it's scam
Avoid, new precedent trying to be set, the more people the give in, then you'll have to give you info out for every single airdropped/bounty out there.
It's very dangerous for you to trust these non-reputable individuals with your information and for the future of cryptos as a whole, yet no one is discussing this.
You can blame Polymath for this, they don't want to work harder filter to filter puppets, so instead they want your ID.
Edit: There is probably nothing we can do to stop this, because the vast majority of people trying to do airdrops are very likely to hand over their info without a second thought. This has major repercussions, some of the worst repercussions we will see ever in crypto.

I agree, it is not a good trend and I fear it will only become worse in the future. Pay attention by sending your ID documents to the ICOs!
I also wonder what they do with personal info that investors and bounty hunters give to them. And wonder how secure they store it. Anyone who get their hands on that personal info can do identity theft easily. Never give more personal info then you absolutely must.
I think that this is the right solution, because now there are a lot of bots that earn dishonestly! And so let their work go in vain, only people who provide documents will receive their rewards. I support one hundred percent!
I don't think that it is worthwhile to hand over your own identity information to get a bounty. Your identity information may be used by those who commit crimes.

I do not think this procedure is necessary for bounty hunters. For as long as they do their job right, they are worthy of being paid without any hassle. Thus, bounty managers must clearly inform or state in their rules if they are going to impose KYC. But as I said above, it is not important so they better not impose it.There are some levels for the KYC, some are just requiring the email address to verify (don't ask me how I've seen in the Byteball front page) then verifying only the first and last name.
Then there next steps to verify the address, country... and I think this can only be done through government documents and utility bills to show them the scanned documents.
But in overall this KYC wasn't before for the bounty hunters and to be honest I don't like this, maybe through KYC they can identify the duplicate accounts that are joining bounty.
Time equals money, but time does not always equal fiat. I think it is a hindrance to trouble bounty hunters for KYC compliance, but it really does weed out those who seek to exploit bounties for an unfair advantage.
I do not find it right.It's ridiculous to give you your ID, especially on airdrops.The money you will win is very small.And not worth the risks you take.
KYC is a good thing, especially all these promotional programs and ongoing counterfeiting presentations. We can prevent this from happening. We must not say that only honest people will fail in the end.
I'm sure that future dont will work with KYC or something like that because all bounty hunters want their anonymity, especially in cryptocoins

I do not like this whole idea with the passage of KYC. Why should I send my data to someone who does not understand. And tell me who will give me a guarantee that these data will not then go nowhere.
It is not good to make KYC a stipulation for bounty hunters because the only thing that it would achieve would be chasing people away from wanting to do bounty campaigns because people do not want their information to be floating out there and end up in the hands of the wrong people. It would affect the success of ICOs.
