Avoid, new precedent trying to be set, the more people the give in, then you'll have to give you info out for every single airdropped/bounty out there.
It's very dangerous for you to trust these non-reputable individuals with your information and for the future of cryptos as a whole, yet no one is discussing this.

You can blame Polymath for this, they don't want to work harder filter to filter puppets, so instead they want your ID.

Edit: There is probably nothing we can do to stop this, because the vast majority of people trying to do airdrops are very likely to hand over their info without a second thought. This has major repercussions, some of the worst repercussions we will see ever in crypto.

The best thing you can do if you're reading this, is to not give in to these new information whores, who are more than likely to flip your IDs on the darkweb for a profit.

I agree, it is not a good trend and I fear it will only become worse in the future. Pay attention by sending your ID documents to the ICOs!
I also obey it, many members here who disagree with kyc, in karnakan it relates to the ID, if it is used by people who are not responsible then the impact is not good for who have ID .

KYC is standard procedure for all good ICO. The main problem that they announced only after the end.
Civic or another would already make the project at last.  I have pressed only the button and it is ready.
of course, but its members are indignant about the provision of their personal data, but this is a huge plus. The fact is that if there are any problems, thanks to the confirmation of your identity, you will be able to prove that this is your property.

we doing some bounty with a 1 - 5% allocation from the token sale or total supply or how much they reach.

Its such a hassle for everyone because many bounty hunters doesnt want to give their identity to someone on the internet whether the company is legit or not , this is the reason why many are against with it. it so uncomfortable when we give a legal ID that shit is not cool.

Bounty programs are asking bounty hunters to do KYC before they are paid for work done . What do you think of this development.
I avoiding the bounty campaigns that require KYC. I do not have trust to the projects because I think they can use my identification for them own sake. We should be careful for us to protect our identity.

Many projects explain this by the requirements that the exchanges impose on the listing of coins, although initially the KYC procedure was aimed at preventing investment of funds obtained illegally

KYC will make bounty hunters confused because most of them do not know how to do it. KYC is good, because it helps distinguish and dismiss hunters from the bounty country's bounty campaign.
Anyway, I still feel comfortable about this because I have KYC. In addition, projects require KYC to pay a very high bonus and I love that. Cheesy

This is very ridiculous to force the bounty hunters to fill up or pass the KYC procedure to get their rewards as almost the before of the distribution while they do not have any proposal at the time of entering of the bounty program. I think they must have mis-using the document of the client or the investors.

Never participate in any program where KYC needed. The reason is simple. You don't know those guys, who tell you that they'll reward you with some shitcoins. If they need your identities, why they not show their own docs? Isn't it strange? ) All of those campaigns is just scam.

The bounty program asks KYC verification to bounty hunters? Actually between agree and disagree. Agreed if our identity in KYC is used correctly, and does not agree if the identity is used for criminal purposes. But I believe in the bounty program that will use the KYC identity of bounty participants wisely.

Yep, I have seen few Bounties asking for KYC but not all the Bounties are asking for, recent ICO's are asking for KYC it seems. I think KYC is actually required for trading and I don't know why ICO's asking for KYC to bounty participants and I have particpated in few bounties where they ask for KYC for traders only and not for bounty participants. The bounty thread itself sometimes inform you whether KYC required for bounty sometimes.

I don't know what's wrong with KYC in bounty hunters. The cheater is forging the document and will continue to do so. But honest people will encounter other problems when registering. And I really don't want to lose my anonymity.

I really do not like when the Bonus Campaign wants the hunter to register KYC. Because many want to hide their true identity. That's not very practical.

To be very truthful, Kyc is a very essential thing in bounty campaign which would surely reduced people operating multiple account in campaigning just because of their greediness act and we would even know people who are real diffenrent from Boy in some of the telegram campaigns

I think KYC is applied as part of cryptocurrency and investment regulations in some countries
a new rule imposed by a project and I think it will make it difficult for gift campaign participants to join this project because I do not think all campaigns require KYC.

I do not understand how you can publish personal data for a small amount of money, if you are tired of living peacefully, then probably it is really worth it, but if in the end you still get only a bunch of problems from your deed, then you only have to blame yourself.

Not all bounties have KYC for financial specialists, have a similar necessity for abundance seekers. That last few bounties I have seen had KYC, however the abundance seekers did not have to submit anything. On the off chance that KYC is an issue for you, I would search for the bounty that don't have KYC for abundance seekers. In spite of the fact that KYC may shield the abundance pool from multi-accounts.
