Any ICO asking for KYC from bounty hunter are just been fraudulent especially when that wasn't part of requirements from the on set in joining such campaign. Bounty hunter have not exchange money

Well, I don't mind giving my personal details in order for them to verify that I'm legit and working with them with a good intention. As long that I'm comfortable with the project I joined, I'm comfortable giving this kind of details. They also just wanted to verify duplication and where people actually at and background check as well.

I find this very unnecessary, and even more worrying for projects that fail turn out  to be scams, i however have nothing against KYC, in fact if you are who you say you are then there should be no problem proving it, just that these bounties don't need it

Bounty programs are asking bounty hunters to do KYC before they are paid for work done . What do you think of this development.
I am still at the moment of thinking whether I will join any bounty campaign that asking my personal info or not because I don't know the person who is asking my data and rumours about this are everywhere on this forum.

If it's about data security, I do not agree with KYC, because I'm afraid the data is used for bad actions like SCAM. They can not guarantee the security of our data.

Before I answer this question, let's think about the reason about doing kyc. It is all about a know your customer deal. So any one who is given the tokens must be known and bounty hunters must not be exempted from this process because they'll also get paid.

I naturally do not like it. Who might like that. I personally think that companies should warn in advance that the participants of bounty companies will have to pass KYC, and not after all the work is done. It's unfair.

Well, it is not totally wrong if they ask for KYC, but i would advise that whoever want to do KYC on any project bounty, ensure you have done accurate research on such project before joining it, because you are leaving your personal data with an unknown person. Care needs to be taken. If you feel you cannot, it will be better for you not to give out your personal data to them.

Bounty hunters should avoid and boycott this bounty programs, do they know that cryptocurrency is decentralized and some of these ICOS are not stable they might scam us and takes our information with them, people should be careful on who and where they submitting their information.

I agree with you. Bounty hunters should not join bounties thay required kyc. Kyc is only for people that will invest in the ico. We don't know on how they will protect our privacy and the only bad thing about it is they might use our information foe there own sake. If i'm a investor i will do kyc but as a bounty hunter probably not.

Yes, it does not like many. But the, cleaner, the project the more he needs reports.Where, how and where the tokens were spent. That's basically for this and require the passage of KYC.The only thing that confuses it is the fear of using personal documents by some third party without your knowledge.

With the presence of KYC from some of these ICOs reap a lot of pros and cons. From a positive point of view, KYC makes it easy for the ICO team to find out in detail the identity of the participants, and make it easier for the team to select the participants who cheat. KYC refuses participants from countries that officially prohibit the use of Crypto. But the use of KYC requires a slightly complicated process, so many participants complain about this.

I do not know the reason behind this requirement. Some of the team will not say anything about KYC till when the bounty is over and payment being awaited. They will be demanding for sensitive documents without minding whether the bounty hunters have such documents. I am at a loss for the reason behind bounty hunters doing KYC when they did not invest a dime in the project.

This is very good if it gets significant development, because it will avoid multiple accounts per person

I dont like it, but there are also some advantages for kyc, because requiring of kyc will let other users to be disqualified for using multiple accounts. it is also to prove that their participants is real and not bot.

I think kyc bounty done before the ico program, because it is more effective and efficient in my opinion, so from the beginning of running bounty, bounty manager can already filter eligible participants

Bounties usually do not require KYC. If they do, that's a warning for me. For ICOs is an easy way to boost the number of people applying for white list of investors, but I don’t think is a good development, I would give my personal information if I am going to make an investment. Usually, these companies don’t state their policies clearly, so there is no way to know what it is going to happen with your information after ICO. For me the fewer people have access to my personal information the better.

Easily. I think all honest members of the bounty of campaigns will agree to pass KYC identification. Recently, more and more multi-accounts and awards are less and less. KYC will help to solve this problem.
