It has been a while since I haven't seen a La Liga game but I have seen some statistics in general not for the teams like Real and Barcelona but for teams like the ones that played yesterday, and I noticed the number of goals produced for a game is not the same as it used to be.
Quality of this league going down or is just a wrong impression I have ?

I guess I was half-right, Real Sociedad were only able to secure a draw, The match has ended as goalless draw and I don't either team really push hard to secure a win, going by the statistics of the match.
I watched this match and it was really bad decision. It was such boring and ugly match. Girona made 26 (!!!) fouls, Sociedad - 15. Actually, there was not much football in this game. Girona had lethal chance to score on 85 minute, but that's it.

Girona vs Real Sociedad comes up in a few hours, Girona at 15th position have only won one of their last 10 fixtures, that was against Real Madrid in their last match, while Real Sociedad on the 8th position haven't lost any of their last 9 matches. I think this will be a close match up, but still I expect Sociedad to secure at least a draw here away from.

Real madrid wins by controversy Against levante.I don't think RMA deserve this win but they are lucky to get three Points from levante.Still Madrid is 9 points behind thier rival Barcelona & I think Laliga is on.Next el classico in LaLiga is very important for both side & that can be the decider of Laliga 2018-19.
Real just do not look the same this season, I think Barca will win the league & Real will try hard but fall short in the CL.

It looked like the team learned its lesson from the previous matches against Levante.
Barcelona vs Real Madrid will be interesting to see because I think that Barcelona has dropped its performance a little bit and now it is equal to Real's which didn't perform very well from the beginning.
after Nacho got sent out from Levante game it will be intresting to see who will be paired with Varan at the center of defense Vallejo will be most likely to feature despite that he was injured and he have been only played at cup games so it's not looking good for Real defenseand my bet will be on Barcelona to get the three points.
Sergio Ramos should be available, and would most like be paired with Varane at the centre back, he was supposed to miss just one match because it wasn't a straight red card, rather a second yellow carded offence, and as for Nacho I'm not sure if suspensions on La Liga are carried over to the Copa Del Rey and vice versa.

50 minutes gone & Sevilla 2-1 Barca. This is not going the way it was expected to. Shot, Barca are in danger of slipping up in the title race here.

Messi scoring three goals is amazing to behold and shows he is in good form once again and will have barca hard to beat in la liga when they reach the semi finals. And they will!
Just finished watching Atletico madrid beat villarreal in a goal in the final 5 minutes to seal the deal.

As a Barcelona fan, I still can't get over how Messi looked like he lost us the game, but then pulled that magic out of his beard to score a hattrick and win it. If it wasn't enough, to make the assist for Suarez? What a game. Two more hattricks and he equals Ronaldo's record, and he has plenty more years to do that (but so does Ronaldo except he is in Juventus now).

Right it was good match. And we saw again how one player can be key for winning. This is proves that team cannot function without Messi.

Barcelona would struggle without Messi, That's understandable because he's argueably the best player of all time, but it doesn't mean the team will not function without him, Barcelona played the first El Classico of this season without the service of Messi and, Do I have to remind you of the scoreline ? It was 5 - 1 win for Barcelona.
I won't back Atletico Madrid today despite their win against Juventus in the midweek, I think Villarreal will prove a very though opponent for Atletico Madrid and I'd predict a 1 - 1 draw. Madrid should win with relative ease, from my perspective but they'll be without their veteran centre back Sergio Ramos and there should be a 2 - 0 win, I predict.

Great win by Barcelona in the end, they were 2-1 down but managed to get it 4-2. Still advantage to Barcelona in the race to be La Liga champion.
64th minute, Celta Vigo vs Alaves remains 0 - 0, Alaves are still chasing the dreaming of playing in an european competition next season, while Celta Vigo are facing a huge relegation threat, currently just two points ahead at the 17th postion. Can either of them still pull a shocker here ?
What a performance by Messi - 50th career hattrick + assist. And his goals today was not typical for him. First one - amazing one touch goal from outside the box. And second - right foot shot from 16 metres. Suarez finally scored after long break, but it wasn't good match for him. His goal was also created by Messi after great pass by him. I just don't understand why referee didn't made VAR review for penalty. Because it was more than obvious foul by Kjaer.
I have to admit his performances tonight was surreal, he was sharp he was deadly and he was all over the pitch. I’m sure many Barcelona fans would have feared the worst when they went a goal down, but Messi made sure he continued his goal scoring affair against Sevilla. I’m also surprised the referee didn’t choose var review but in the end Squarez scored too, and made each and every Barcelona fans weekend happier.
Oh my!!! Messi was absolutely brilliant and he made my day, literally!!! I had several bets on Barcelona, and I won every single one of them only a few parlay left.
I think coming from such a hard situation twice today, will boost the teams confidence ahead of the showdown against madrid, and I hope they can pull off another great show to secure a place in the copa final. Meanwhile for now, it is cheers to 10 points lead at the top of the table.
