Real Madrid are pathetic without Ronaldo. I guess it is the football God’s playing their part, you can’t have everything nice in life forever. You must experience sadness at some point. The same as Man Utd after Ferguson retires — misery.
Yes it looks unbelievable that last season was they were 3rd in the table are now placed lower than Sevilla and Deportivo but it is just one season and I don't think all hope is lost with it, they still need their time to adjust because their star player is gone and I don't think even with a good team right now they are playing at their 100%. Real Madrid is a rich club both financially and their history so even if they are fifth in the table right now I don't think it says that it is over for Madrid.

You're correct about this and Man utd still cannot recover their performance since Ferguson retire even for years and buy expensive players but Man Utd still cannot reach top performance again and same situations too for Madrid that i think they will feel difficulties to find Ronaldo replacement but one think for sure that Madrid will always be blaming the manager if they fail to get trophy and i don't think Solari position will be safe especially if Madrid lost again then possibly he would be got sacked too

Since Lopetegui was fired, Real won club world cup, but they continue to waste points against mid table teams like Sociedad, Eibar or Villarreal. If such results will continue, I wouldn't be surprised if Perez will sack Solari. But maybe now they will focus on UCL.
Gotta be honest Real Madrid play awfully this season. I don't think they able to compete too much on UCL and it's pretty safe to say UCL chance for Madrid is dead. They better to improve and focus to reserve the Laliga UCL spot.

I totally agree that they play very bad. I think that the main reason for this is that Real was building its team on Ronaldo. Since Ronaldo left, the whole team is not solid now and they have not a solution to give them the win (and eventually the 3 points) in games they don't play well. They need to sign a new leader or appoint a new one such as Benzema who will take all the chances of scores when the team is insufficient.

Today game is a delicate one in the Primera Division as Athletic Bilbao is in relegation zone while Celta Vigo is very few points ahead of this zone. I would not bet on this game and if I did I would surely bet on draw as both teams will probably play in a very defensive mode.

Spanish league almost reach to half of season but Madrid position aren't getting better that even they still can not reach top 4 and point range also cannot be reduced from top position Barcelona however i think they have to thinking realistic that rather than pushing to get the trophy which is very hard to do so then reach top 4 at the end of league is more reasonable for them

Real Madrid suffered another loss - this time they lost to Real Sociedad 2:0 at home. I'm not fan of Real, but I think they got robbed by referee because there was 2 obvious penalties weren't given - in first half there was foul against Ramos and in second half Sociedad goalkeeper fouled against Vinicius.

It was perfect weekend for Barca because almost all teams from top 6 dropped points, only Alaves managed to win. These results let Barca to increase their lead. And by the way, win of Barca gainst Getafe was very hard - Getafe had some great chances to score, but they missed or ter Stegen saved it.

The way Real Madrid began with giving away a third minute penalty, set the tone for Sociedad to dominate the match. Also the red card for real completely turned the game against them, I find it odd there was no place for Isco in the team. I feel now Barcelona can win the title with ease, they're in a comfortable position and it's only a matter of days before Mourinho is back at Real Madrid.

about time they experienced some misery like the rest of us.
We had a rough at the start of the season but I wouldn't say we're going through misery right now: top 4 in the league just 5 pts behind the leaders, currently in the RO16 in the Champions League and the league cup.

Just fnished watching Huesca vs Real Madrid...Not much to say about the match today, regular performance against a bottom of the league team like Huesca, the only good thing are the 3 pts, nothing else.

I'm loving this season 2018/2019 la liga. It's more open and competitive. I don't like to see having run away leaders early in the season. It removes the suspense from the fixtures.

Nice to see Real Madrid sucking ass for once too. They’ve had too much glory in recent years, about time they experienced some misery like the rest of us.
They ruined my dreams as a Liverpool fan last season so I’m enjoying their current form Smiley

I will go for match Valencia vs Sevilla for this weekend game that Sevilla in the good shape and i have no wonder about that but playing for away match they are will tested against valencia which have good record when playing for host team during this season but regarding option bets i won't pick for Sevilla ML because for me it's risky and another option such as both teams to score seems more good

Real Madrid B team performed much better than their actual team, it was a treat to see Madrid play freeplying football and scoring those goals.
It looked like they played better than the first team mainly because they were playing against a 3rd division side, we still haven't seen them play against a decent team.

I believe Isco has served a reminder of his abilities, and he's a transfer target for Arsenal and Chelsea unless Madrid decides otherwise.
He's a fantastic player, but he's too inconsistent most of the time, he reminds of Ozil in Arsenal, another great player who only shows his magic every now and then. Btw, there are rumours about a possible transfer to Manchester City in the next transfer window, though I don't know if they can sign a player due to the Financial Fair Play regulations.

Well, Bilbao is a big club in Spain. Maybe they weren't title contenders in last few decades, but they were strong team, they often played in Europa or Champions league or Copa del Rey finals, so it's not common to see this team in bottom positions. Now they changed manager and today beat Huesca in Copa del Rey match easily. I hope they will be able to run away from relegation zone.
Spanish league beginning since 1929-1930 and only 3 teams were never get relegations since that and those teams is Real madrid, Barcelona and the last team is Bilbao and currently the owner have to secure Bilbao position because in the bottom of league is not good for them and they have to maintain the tradition that being the teams which never get to relegation to lower division

Just finished watching Real Madrid - Melilla, first leg ended 4-0 so the match today was nothing more than a training ground for us, and a chance to see the youngsters play. I like Valverde, reminds me a bit of Kroos but with less technique, hope to see him more in the first team. Great peformance from Isco and Asensio, same with Vinicius even though he missed a few clear chances.

Overall, good performance from the B team, off to the RO16.

Atletico Madrid played sluggishly and it was a surprise they won, now hopefully the next round shall get more competitive.

What you guys are forgetting that the new teams that got promoted usually play with the high or promotion and usually do better on their first season than rest and gradually start to play worse. We are talking about bilbao who has never been a real threat to top teams ever and the last time they actually manage to win the league was 1983 so what were the fans thinking when the league started. First of all not relegating is still number one priory for this team, if you are not aiming at winning the league but aiming at not dropping, being here is still understandable.

Also they are not that far from staying in the league, I know they are 4 points behind with just 1 win but couple more wins in a row and they will be in top half let alone the bottom of the league. I think it was a too quick of a decision, any managerial change during December will not yield you a better manager.

Lots of Copa Del Rey matches on tonight, I don’t think there will be much value in ML betting so you might have to be imaginative.
Barcelona, Villareal and Atletico will play today but indeed betting ML will get nothing because they will play against weak teams from lower divisions and most of sportbooks only provide the odds less than @1.1 but the match results will be so unpredictable because possibly they will play with reserve teams however i personally will skipped those games and focus for league match only
And all teams from La Liga didn't had issues to beat teams from lower divisions, despite playing in reserve squads. Indeed it wasn't worth to bet with such odds, so I made over 3.5 bets on Barca and Atletico matches and I catched Sociedad win @1.65 and Valladolid win @1.72. I'm surprised that Sevilla managed to score only 1 goal against team from 3rd division.
Few games will be also played today and it looks more interesting than matches on Wednesday.
Actually 1 goal is enough for them to went to next round but Sevilla maybe didn't too consider Copa Del Rey match as their priority because their position in spanish league was very good and i think they will more focus for league match or europe league that i think Sevilla have to fight more in europe league to secure their position
