IMO I think at the moment Girona are not really looking to focus on becoming champions because in this case apart from the season which is still long considering we are still in the middle of the season, their burden is now heavy with performance so rather than being bothered by thinking about the championship it would be better for them to continue to think about how their performance remains consistent.
At the moment Girona are still very good in terms of performance but indeed this is not a guarantee that they will continue like this so they must continue to try to make their performance stable so that their condition is maintained because with that their chances of competing in a decent position or even a title competition are always there.

There is no safe word for Girona so far even though they have a 2 point gap from Real Madrid. Girona is not the favorite team to win the title this season even though they have great form and lead the standings, but I think Girona has the potential to qualify for the Champions League next season.

Real Madrid, Girona, Barcelona and Atletico Madrid will compete fiercely at the top for the title. Real Madrid will be the main favorites this season, while I will put Girona as second favorites if they are able to maintain their form into the second half of the season. Barcelona will of course try to get closer and close the points gap, but I think Barcelona doesn't look as strong as last season so far.

It doesn't happen often that a player is bought in winter who then becomes one of the core players in the team when everyone else is healthy and fit.

There wouldn't be too much additional players into the squad of Real Madrid. They're already good enough so far so good. The recent happenings ND injuries should have affected the club and the rest of the players but the keep on playing like they don't have most important and injured players out. Still not certain who will end up winning the Spanish League.

The transfer window fast here Barcelona should make sure the potholes in the club are well fixed. So far, they're far behind and they keep on killing my predictions for them winning the league once again this season.

Jude Bellingham awesome performance for Real Madrid can't be overemphasized because he has been scoring goals for the club for quite sometimes now and I believe the club is happy to have him in their squad so definitely signing players changes a club dynamics as some times their impact helps the club to grow and be more confident in their ability to win matches because of such a player so for Jude Bellingham, he has done excellently well for Real Madrid so far and he deserves accolade.

Seems too early for predicting Girona winning La Liga tittle in this season with playing 16 matches, have many matches left and current points gap with Real Madrid left two points only. Girona will face other top teams in La Liga after winning against Barcelona still left Real Betis and Atletico Madrid for first hafl season matches left and lets see will success repeat the winning match when defeating Barcelona. If they can play with their best eleven players, I think Real Madrid has all chances to win the Champions League title. I see them on the same level as Manchester City not because Real Madrid got better compared to last season, but because Manchester City became a little bit worse.

La Liga is interesting as we can see a newcomer there causing some trouble for the big clubs, but it remains to be seen if that will persist for the season. Other than that I think Real Madrid is the favorite for the La Liga title.

That is the reason why there is a whole "smaller teams wins once" type of culture, and not even that happens all that much, Valencia in 2003-2004 is the last winner outside of top three, that should tell you how rare it is for anyone else to win. I am not saying Girona will not win, but even if they do, we all know it will be just one year for them. Same with Premier league, there are some good teams, stuff like Leicester city rarely happens and when it does, we see how it ended up for them in the end.

We need to realize that Girona has just one year that they can win, either they win it this season if they are lucky or if not then they are not going to be good at all and they will never have this chance again in the future.

This is where I fully disagree because Girona is structured differently than, for instance, Leicester City when they won the Premier League. Girona is built from the ground up with a successful future in mind. Does anyone here think that a miracle is happening in Girona?

The brother and advisor of Pep Guardiola owns the Girona Football Group and this group in turn owns 44.3% of Girona. This means the City Football Group and the Girona Football Group own almost 90% of the club. Now does anyone understand what is going on there?

That is the reason why there is a whole "smaller teams wins once" type of culture, and not even that happens all that much, Valencia in 2003-2004 is the last winner outside of top three, that should tell you how rare it is for anyone else to win. I am not saying Girona will not win, but even if they do, we all know it will be just one year for them. Same with Premier league, there are some good teams, stuff like Leicester city rarely happens and when it does, we see how it ended up for them in the end.

We need to realize that Girona has just one year that they can win, either they win it this season if they are lucky or if not then they are not going to be good at all and they will never have this chance again in the future.
