Maybe I am getting something wrong here as I don't exactly know whether there has been such a fierce rivalry for such a long time on such a high level, but I can imagine that this was as good as it could ever get.

But in my opinion, even though PSG refuse to release Kylian Mbappe, there is no other way to keep him because Mbappe will only be a free agent in next year's season because during last year's transfer window Mbappe was offered a contract extension but he refused after that it became a problem when Mbappe was excluded from the club Even though in the end he had to continue appearing with PSG, it was just like being forced and after that no one could keep him because according to the rules, if the previous transfer had no contract extension, in fact Mbappe would leave for free.
