A Madrid and R Sociedad are not performing well now a days. Each lost 4 matches out of 5 matches. If you look at Valencia who is at 8th place, has been really performing well and has own 3 matches and drawn 2 matches in the recent matches which should be looked up on. Valencia has a lot chances to just jump up to 5th or 4th place if they keep the current performance.
Real Sociedad started the season with good performance, I remember they once topped the La Liga standings. But, it seems something is wrong with the Club, they didn't win any of their last 5 matches, and lost their last match to Villarreal despite playing home. While, Atletico Madrid also have been in a bad form lately. However, Valencia performance lately are quite impressive, and they are just 1 point behind Atletico on the standings. If they win their matches consistently, they will secure grab the 5th place from Atletico.

If they play the same way they did against sevilla they have a huge chance to win as we can see there are some improvements with xavi but i think thats the best he can do right now considering the squad he has not to mention the inexperience aspect but i am confident that they can win against mallorca even if that it wont be an easy task.

As much as this paints a good picture for Xavi, Koeman was not a bad coach as far as I know because he came to this club with a well decorated CV. Real Madrid is still the main favorite to win La Liga this season, considering they have a squad with a lot of great players and their financial condition is much better than Sevilla.
Definitely, Real Madrid is the strong candidate for La Liga title this season. They have many top players, good financial power, and they also have an experienced coach. The coach factor is also crucial here, he has a big role to lead the team in winning every single match. I don't underestimate Sevilla coach, but Carlo Ancelotti is proven as a reputable coach who has great career history.Maybe what they need to do is strengthen the squad

Yep. Barcelona gets difficulty in signing ideal players they are targetting and even lost Messi because of their financial crisis. Actually, they have got someone who may change Messi's role (Aguero), sadly he has a problem with his health and decide to retire soon. It is very unlucky for Barcelona, they are facing a serious problem in financial and player quality in the attacking line. But if they cannot finish in UCL zone this season, I suspect they will experience a worse problem. Some talented players in the squad may decide to leave for a better club. Also, they will earn less income because they miss UCL competition. However, I am sure Xavi won't let that situation happens. He will lead Barcelona to finish in the top 4 at least.

Maybe the barca players just feel on the same page as Xavi, unlike Koeman, maybe that's the reason. Or maybe Xavi is really much better than him as a coach, time will tell I think, there's no point in just talking about it. Rayo Vallecano are another team that are making everyone surprised in this season so far. Because they are the fourth-placed team in the standings right now. Especially by Radamel Falcao's joining the team, they started becoming much more effective in attacking and scoring. And Falcao scored 5 goals in 10 La Liga matches so far. But he is still facing injury problems as usual also. But he is always a big forward player and I hope to see him contributing much more than this during the rest of the season.

It's too early to say Barcelona are the losers. I like them and believe that Barcelona can get through this critical period with full of struggle. Ferran Torres is a quality player and will certainly make significant changes, as long as he can adapt quickly at Barcelona. I don't blame you if you don't like Barcelona, but we'll see at the end of the league. Barcelona still has a long way to go so things could change at any moment. Remembering Real Sociedad who had taken the lead, eventually slowly declined and sank.
