To date, Barcelona has scored exactly 50% of the possible points (16 games and 24 points scored out of 48). Considering that almost half of the championship is behind, the degree of improvement in the game needed to compete for the first two places should be gigantic. No matter what transfers Barcelona will carry out, this is already unrealistic. Keeping in mind the dire financial situation that Barcelona is in, I am starting to fear that next season they will not play in the Champions League even in the group stage.

Osasuna vs Barcelona match was a big disappointment for me. I was really believing that Barcelona would be the winner here and start a good form. And actually they could have done this really as they got ahead two times in the match. But the goal in the 86th minute devastated Barcelona players and they couldn't answer this in the remaining minutes. A 2-2 draw was the thing we saw at the end.

What a game! Espanyol really deserved it after such a hard fight, the red card was a bit off putting considering it was just two people running and you do not expect a red card move in that situation, could happen in some other situation like a very hard tackle but you do not expect it when two people are running next to each other, aside from that the whole game looks like a super fun one, I have to be honest I just watched highlights but even highlights was 10+ minute long since there were so many things to show from the game and the replays.

Barcelona now has to go up against Ossasuna, just 2-3 places down compared to Barcelona. If we look at it as "Barcelona vs Ossasuna" then we all would say that Barca will get a win very easily, but if we look at it as "8th vs 11th" on standings then things change a little bit, do we still say Barca? Not sure anymore.

it's still hard to catch up with the top 4, because not only do they need to be better in the rest of the season, other teams should lose too so that Barca could catch up, it's a terrible situation they are in right now and their draw today was just another failure to get three points even after leading twice in the match, I think we'll see them in Europa league next year for sure, their financial situation won't let them get a player that can make a difference but who knows.

Madrid managed to score first with only 1 chance Benzema was able to convert into goals, I was not surprised when the fans carried the banner of Benzema as King of Real Madrid

Unfortunately Suarez is absent in this match without Suarez I doubt Atletico can equalize, Matheus Cunha as a substitute has not been able to show his best game and I don't think he's a match for Griezmann.

Real Madrid had a great start to the derby game by scoring in the 16th minute. Benzema scored another goal and continue to impress everyone. He is way ahead of himself now and this could be one of his greatest seasons. Atletico Madrid have no choice other than fighting for a goal now. We know how they play normally in this kind of big games. They just try to maintain the score and wear out the players of the opponent by defending decently. But in this case, they can't continue like that. And I think Real Madrid will be winning even if the score comes to 1-1.

I thought Barcelona could have won easily today at home to Osasuna, but in fact they failed and only managed to draw. From the statistics that Barcelona are showing, I think they have good players with a number of goal chance, but failure to keep the win has always been Barcelona's problem this season whether it's due to lack of good players or something else. If this continues then it is very likely that they will not qualify for the Champions League next season. Xavi really has to find a solution to change his team's pattern of play to achieve convincing form for the rest of the season.

I just feel Xavi has no other choice but the line-up in his team to play in a game. Relying on academy players won't help much, but I think that's his choice at the moment because injury problems have plagued this team all season.

2 times leading and 2 times they also conceded.
why do they always lose focus when they lead.
even in the first half their advantage did not last long and only 1 minute apart.
again and again the results are not so good shown by barcelona, they have to work extra again in hard work to get back the position they lost

I am glad seeing Real Madrid line up on derby because Karim Benzema have back to the team and playing as first minutes, after injury two match before on Champion league and La Liga top scorer of Madrid have back on Madrid derby. Not any change of composition player and only Assensio playing at the first minutes replace Rodrygo position and left back position have been filled by Cravajal. Have different composition player from Atletico Madrid where on forward position filled by Grizmann and Cunha where Jao Felix and Luis Suarez still on the bench.

But I even have a hard time to come up with a good idea for a player they could sign such that things can be turned around. They literally need an improvement everywhere. They do have a couple of good players with Dembele and De Ligt, but still who should they sign so they can climb up the ranks in the league? I wouldn't want to be their coach right now.

While Real Betis managed to score 1 goal in the first half, so your chance of winning the bet should be better now.
